Episode 5: How Eating Like an Athlete Can Change Your Life with Lifelong Athlete Stac Miller
In episode 5 of the Eat More Carbs Podcast, Reilly talks with former client turned friend, Stac Miller. Stac shares how her nutrition journey initially began with her Achilles surgery recovery but grew to much more. Through her Achilles recovery, Stac became aware of her disordered relationship with food and how this relationship was holding her back in all areas of her life (not just sport!).
After making peace with food, and fueling her body like the athlete she is, Stac changed her life in and outside of her sports. She shares that she has been injury free after learning how to fuel. Not only is she feeling the best she has ever felt but began living out her passions outside her sport. She quit her job, built her consulting business, and can pursue her travel passion.
Stac is a true testiment about the power of fueling properly and Reilly is honored she is sharing her story today on the podcast!

Episode 2: Overcoming Disordered Eating with College Athlete Mackenzie Williams
In this episode, Mackenzie Williams sits down with Reilly to share her journey with overcoming disordered eating and how she learned to make peace with food as a college athlete.
When we first started working together, Mackenzie was a senior at VCU on the women's field hockey team. Over the past 5 years, she has won an A10 championship at VCU and competed for the Canadian Junior national team and the Ontario provincial team. In her recent retirement, Mackenzie is focusing on completing her Master’s in Supply Chain Management and is excited to graduate in August.
Mackenzie has had an ongoing journey with fueling. Battling with an eating disorder and disordered eating since her sophomore year of college she is proud to say she is recovered; she’s learned a lot about herself throughout her journey and is excited to share her story with other athletes in today's episode.
