The Relatively Vulnerable Podcast
By Matt Lady
Being vulnerable is the first step to less judgment, more kindness, and empathy in relationships, friendships, and social change.
If you are looking for increased fulfillment, happiness and a connection to others, this podcast is for you.
Many episodes focus on my guests (that's me, Matt Lady, the host) but I also release solo episodes.

If you’re looking to get your podcast off the ground, but can’t meet up with your guests across the state, country, or globe to record your episodes, use Squadcast. Squadcast is an online podcast recording service. You can create individual rooms for each episode and record the guests audio separately. You can then mix them after the session.
It’s been affordable, really intuitive, and easy to use. The one time I did run into an issue, their support team helped me out right away and over-delivered.
I am an affiliate with Squadcast so if you use either of the links above and sign up, I do get a small % back at no extra cost to you.

11: Solo Episode 01 - "Lady Troubles"
In this episode I discuss my challenges in talking with, befriending, public humiliation, and being intimate with women.
What’s up everybody and welcome to my first solo episode. Still playing around and figuring out the frequency and format for these but I’m excited so let’s get right into it.
“Lady Troubles.”
Yep. That was one of my nicknames in high school.
Not the good kind of nick names (well, at least it was clever). It started because, as you could guess, I was weird and awkward and uncomfortably shy with women.
I forget to mention it in the episode but I literally use the name "DJ LadyTroublezzz" at bowling now to just laugh about it and own it.
Listen to the episode to find out more about my insecurities, vulnerabilities, and how I am starting to grow beyond my Lady Troubles.
