She'd already spent years working with experts to help her daughter. Then she found she needed to use the tools on herself to overcome her own burnout.
We know that we're supposed to sleep more, eat better, and get more exercise.
The problem is that we tell ourselves that it should be easy -- and then beat ourselves up for not doing it better.
