Katie Lance (CEO and Founder of Katie Lance Consulting) has more than two decades of experience in the marketing and branding world. In 2012, Katie took the entrepreneurial step to launch Katie Lance Consulting, where she helps those in the real estate industry understand how they can use social media to build relationships and help their business. Katie has also been named one of the 100 most influential people in real estate by Inman News, and is a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post.

Tanya Eklund (RE/MAX Real Estate (Central), Calgary, AB) is one of Calgary's top performing real estate agents for luxury and inner-city properties. Taleen Mirzayan (RE/MAX Professionals Inc., Toronto, ON) has been in the real estate industry for nearly a decade. Recently, she has embraced a brand new social media networking app called "Clubhouse," which has the feel of a 24/7 digital conference. Episode 69 - Gina Lorenzo (Moving to RE/MAX, Video Marketing)
In late 2018, Gina Lorenzo (broker at RE/MAX Executive in Charlotte, North Carolina), created a video titled “Why I moved my company to RE/MAX and not EXP Realty.” In the video, Gina announced that her company, Your Property People, had merged with RE/MAX Executive. A year later, Gina posted a reflection video explaining why her decision was the correct one. Beyond being the broker-in-charge at RE/MAX Executive, she is also part of a Diamond Club Team, and has already earned the Hall of Fame Career Award with RE/MAX. When she’s not busy with real estate, Gina and her husband enjoy life on their 5-acre hobby farm with their mini donkeys, babydoll sheep, variety of chickens and six children.
Episode 68 - Elizabeth McQueen (Luxury Real Estate, Selling a $23M Estate)
Elizabeth McQueen (RE/MAX Crest Realty, Vancouver, BC) specializes in luxury properties and has proven to be an excellent negotiator and advocate for her clients over the past three decades, consistently keeping her in the top 5% of REALTORS at the Vancouver Real Estate Board. Elizabeth’s tight global connections have allowed her to power through the often-complex transactions that result from seven or even eight figure real estate deals. In 2017, 2018 and 2019, Sara was a Titan Club Award recipient, and she received her Lifetime Achievement career award in 2017. Harry Mack is one of the world’s greatest freestyle rappers. Harry — who is based in Los Angeles, California — has been rapping since the age of 12, but his awareness has grown exponentially over the past 3 years thanks to his interactive and quick-thinking approach. He has impressed Macklemore and Kendrick Lamar with his freestyling talents on Power 106 Los Angeles, and has even performed on The Ellen Show. Felix Robitaille (RE/MAX Action Realty, Whitehorse, Yukon) was born in the small Quebec town of Sainte Adele before moving to Whitehorse at the age of 10. Elaine Langhout is the Director of Regional Advertising with RE/MAX of Western Canada. She began her advertising career in the mid 1980s as Ad Director for Super Channel in Edmonton. In 1992, she joined the RE/MAX of Western Canada regional office and currently oversees all advertising, communications and PR efforts. Elaine is incredibly passionate about promoting the RE/MAX brand. When she’s away from the office, she enjoys listening to country music and cheering for the Edmonton Oilers and Vancouver Canucks.

Zach Mills is owner of RE/MAX Centre City Realty in Prince George. After an entrepreneurial journey in sales, Zach took advantage of an opportunity to return to his hometown and purchase the local RE/MAX office in 2018. Episode 40 - Hal Elrod (Miracle Mornings, The 5-Minute Rule)
Hal Elrod is one of the highest-rated keynote speakers in North America, creator of one of the fastest growing and most engaged online communities in existence, and author of one of the highest rated, best-selling books in the world: The Miracle Morning. At the age of 20, Hal was hit head-on by a drunk driver traveling 70 miles per hour. His heart stopped for six minutes, he broke 11 bones, and eventually woke from a coma to be told by doctors he would never walk again. Not only did Hal walk, he went on to run a 52-mile ultra-marathon and become a hall-of-fame business achiever by the age of 30. Then, in November 2016, Hal nearly died again. His kidneys, lungs and heart were on the verge of failing, which led to his being diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive form of cancer. Despite all of the challenges Hal has experienced, he is one of the most positive and inspirational individuals in the world, sharing a message that has helped many others overcome their own personal challenges.

Swish Goswami is a 22-year-old serial entrepreneur, three-time TEDx speaker and UN Youth Ambassador. He is founder and CEO of Trufan, an audience management platform that helps brands and influencers grow their social community, distribute viral content and sell directly to their top fans. Trufan has raised more than $1 million to date and is backed by several NBA players, media executives and Canadian venture firms. Swish has been published in more than 100 national and international publications and has been recognized as Startup Canada’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year and won the United Nation’s Outstanding Youth Leadership Award.
Episode 35 - Michele Cummins (Daily Routines, Doing What it Takes)
“Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” is a Quentin Tarantino movie that was released this year, but it might also be the perfect title to describe Michele Cummins' (RE/MAX Little Oak Realty, Mission, B.C.) upbringing. Her parents were the quintessential Hollywood couple and her grandfather helped pioneer MGM Studios during a career that spanned over five decades. Michele is an actress, but that has taken a backseat to her incredibly successful RE/MAX career. In 2017, Michele received the Diamond Club Award and she has continues to be one of our top individual residential producers in Western Canada. In her spare time, Michele enjoys driving her Knight Rider replica car.
Episode 34 - Keith Roy (Achieving Long-Term Success, Becoming a Media Source)
Keith Roy (RE/MAX Select Realty, Vancouver B.C.) and his team have been selling homes for more than a decade and have landed a spot in the Team Diamond Club category in recent years. Keith is a frequent face in the Vancouver media on matters relating to the local and national real estate market, and he is no stranger to podcasting as he hosted more than 70 episodes of The UnReal Estate Show. On top of the countless industry awards Keith has received, he was also awarded with the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal and Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal for community service. Jane Johnston (RE/MAX Camosun, Victoria, B.C.) grew up in a very close-knit community in downtown Toronto; her real estate team — the Briar Hill Group — is named after one of the streets in the neighbourhood she grew up in. This is one example of the fact community comes first for Jane. Since she began her real estate career in 2006, Jane has earned several real estate awards, including consistent Chairman's Club Awards, RE/MAX Hall of Fame, the MLS Special Gold Medal Award and the MLS President's Award. She also hosts the Vancouver Island Time podcast and enjoys rowing and speed skating.
Episode 32 - Adam Contos (Starting with a Win, booj Excitement)
Adam Contos is the CEO of RE/MAX. Following a successful career in law enforcement, Adam came to the RE/MAX organization in 2003 as an independent contractor presenting a safety training program he created specifically for real estate professionals. In 2004, he joined RE/MAX full-time as a Senior Franchise Development Consultant for the RE/MAX Mountain States Region. He was named Region Vice President the following year. Michael Thorne (RE/MAX Lifestyles Realty, Langley, BC) has had a lifelong relationship with real estate. Both of his parents were agents and he started working at a real estate office when he was 15 years old before obtaining his license at the age of 19. Throughout his entire career, Michael has been incredibly innovative. In 2018, BombBomb named Michael the most influential community content creator in real estate, while Inman credited him as a finalist for their real estate innovator award.
Episode 29 - Anita Sharma Turner (Leaning on Support Systems, Community Leadership)
Anita Sharma Turner (RE/MAX Associates, Winnipeg, MB) has woven herself into the fabric of her community. In 2012, Anita was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Women’s Business Owners of Manitoba. She has teamed up with friends, family and colleagues to raise thousands of dollars for CancerCare Manitoba, Muscular Dystrophy, Children’s Miracle Network and, most recently, the CEO sleepout in support of End Homelessness in Winnipeg. For Anita and her family, living their best life is about love, compassion, kindness and making a difference in the world.
