Your Apathy Will Kill You!
I am a Browns fan from way back, last Sunday I saw how excited my fellow Clevelanders were watching the game, even though the chances of them beating the Steelers was slim. I wish we had that much enthusiasm for our health. It is time to stop accepting death and disease and learn to fight! Are you with me?

Diabetes and Your Gut! To Chew or Not to Chew
Turns out your mom was right, and so was I when I was yelling at my kids to chew their food and stop talking with their mouths full. :)
Did you know that diabetes can have a profound effect on your digestive system? If your blood sugar levels are left unchecked, they could cause nerve damage, and that includes nerve damage in your stomach and intestines. Suffering from digestive problems such as gas, bloating, reflux, stomach cramps, diarrhea, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, and inflammatory bowel disease can hinder our daily functioning and make us miserable.
In this episode, you will find out how chewing your food will help you to enjoy your food more, reduce bloating, and belly fat. There is even a little chewing exercise I want you guys to try this week, let me know in the comments how it went. You got this!
Don't forget to subscribe.
With Peace and Love,
Renee
