Quinteto Latino is a San Francisco Bay Area wind quintet with a mission to build community through Latino Classical Music: performance and advocacy. Founded in 2004 by Castellano, who is the group’s French horn player, this unique ensemble aims to expand the boundaries of a classical music tradition, commonly perceived as predominantly Euro-American, by performing works exclusively by Latino composers.
