Familiar story of Joseph in the Bible shows us an important lesson in keeping our hearts right before God. Joseph was betrayed by family and falsely accused by Potiphar's wife. From being sold to slavery to being put into prison, he kept his heart pure.

This episode is a candid talk about suffering. Today's believer may have a misconception about their relationship with God. A walk with God is not problem free, and it definitely is not without a level of sacrifice and hardship. Also, I address a few myths about suffering that I believe have mislead many people.

Myth: If it's painful it's not God. 

Myth: Suffering means being broke, or ignorant. 

Myth: Every hardship comes from Satan.

The Centurion in Luke 7 did not let his "feelings of unworthiness" stop him from believing God! And we shouldn't either! Let this brief word encourage you to keep believing God!

Sharing notes from a recent sermon, Min. Ward talks about knowing God. "Knowing God means building a relationship with Him by way of revelation."  In this episode he shares benefits of knowing God and spotlights Simon Peter's bold declaration, "Thou are the Christ, the Son of the living God."

A follow up from the first episode, Min. Ward talks about the submission of Christ to Calvary. "Suffering is what made Christ our savior and suffering is what leads us into a deeper relationship with Him." 

Philippians 3:10  That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection (victory over death), and the fellowship (connection) of his sufferings, being MADE (molded) conformable unto his death;

The old saying is true, not just for your natural man but your spiritual man.

This episode is an encouragement and thanks to those that are behind the scenes PUSHING the vision! Pushing through prayer, selfless sacrifice, and offering their abilities, talents and lives to see what God has ordained to come to pass.  They aren't always standing behind a pulpit, or in front of a TV camera. A lot of them don't have titles....but they have the heart of God and the heart of the ministry.

ALL COMPONENTS ARE NEEDED. Just as the essential workers were not noticed until COVID-19, the no-names are being noticed in this season. Leaders everywhere are trying to navigate and operate in this crazy time and to keep the vision afloat it's going to be the laborers, the servants, that will push us into the next plan and move of God.
