Every year, the admins at RIPE select someone whose cases have been exceptionally educational, beautifully and extensively documented, and technically excellent.
For exquisitely well documented, and generously educational cases covering an area of dentistry that is necessary, but often ignored, The Case of the Year for 2019 was awarded to Finlay Sutton.
If you have not followed any of Finlay's cases, they cover the finest details of dentures.
No matter how skilled we become surgically, we still have those difficult patients that cannot have implants or surgical techniques. So while they are old school, they are a tremendously important part of dentistry.
