Zinny Zan (Zinny Zan, formerly Shotgun Messiah, Easy Action)
The year 1989 gave us some amazing debut records from bands like Skid Row, Bang Tango and Extreme just to name a few. We also saw the debut record from a band from Sweden called Shotgun Messiah. Shotgun Messiah was led by singer Zinny Zan and quickly made a name for themselves with MTV hits such as Don’t Care About Nothing and Shout It Out. Shotgun Messiah was short lived as Zinny Zan left the band a year later. Fast forward 30 some years and Zinny now has a new record coming out called "Lullabies for the masses" and new single called "Heartbreak City" which is out now! I had the chance to sit down with Zinny and discuss all of this and more on this episode of the Rock N Roll & Coffee Show.

Phil Varone (Panic Boom, 30 Years A Drummer documentary)
Phil Varone is a founding and former member of the band Saigon Kick and has been a member of Skid Row, Jake E. Lee's Red Dragon Cartel. He now has a new band called Panic Boom. My guest this week is singer and author, Jizzy Pearl. Jizzy made a name for himself fronting the Band Love/Hate in the early 90’s and has toured with bands such as AC/DC, Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, Dio and many others. After Love/Hate disbanded, Jizzy went on to front bands such as LA Guns and Ratt. Now Jizzy is the lead singer for Quiet Riot. Not only is Jizzy a fantastic lead singer but he is also an amazing author! He has recently re-released his three books," I Got More Crickets Then Friends", "Unhappy Endings", and "Angst for the Memories". These books are a super fun read with a mixture of non-fiction and fiction short stories. Jizzy also has his latest single "Soul Mama" out now on Golden Robot Records and has a new single coming out August 24th titled "Wanna Be Somebody". She was the Cherry Pie girl for Warrant and also appeared in videos for Great White and Hurricane. Mike is a great guy that I have recently had the pleasure to get to know when we were launching The Rock N' Roll & Coffee Show. He is also a musician and has played in Harvey Danger, Alien Crime Syndicate and is currently playing in Loaded with Gun's N' Roses bass player Duff McKagan. A good friend of the show, Nick and I played together in Peppermint Skydiver for a few years before Nick moved to Bermuda. We chat about recording the Peppermint Skydiver album, living in Bermuda and his current business, The Bermuda Drum Institute. Episode 10: Ron Miller - Radio Personality, Musician
I first met Ron when he was working at a local radio station in Sarasota, FL. He was always a huge help and very supportive to the band i was in at the time. Ron is also an amazing punk and rock drummer. The Rock N Roll & Coffee Show Trivia game also made it's way into the show again, along with some music from way back. It was great chatting with Ron.

Lance has been in rock radio for years and is currently Director of rock radio programming at Rock 94 WOTT in Watertown, NY. It was great to catch up with Lance. We had a great conversation about our days in the music scene in Florida, his current career and current music. We also had another round of the The Rock N Roll & Coffee Show trivia game.

Many of you may know Bill Allen as Cru Jones from the 1986 BMX film "Rad". Bill has been in many films over the years and is also a working musician. We of course discuss his film career as well as his good friend Brandon Lee, The Pipefitters, Ultralites and the Bouzouki.
