Recently, I have been getting messages from my WW friends about the recent news of WW jumping into the business of weight loss medication and adding prescription medications into their weight loss program. I know it is challenging, BUT, transitioning away from “diet programs” that kept me coming back was the best thing I have done for my life. I am super pumped to be able to share with you how my life and health have transformed for the better by ditching the diet programs and focusing on mindful eating and strength training to lose fat and increase muscle mass. Trish started her health journey with WW over 20 years ago when she was trying to lose weight due to high blood pressure concerns. With WW and Orange Theory, she was able to lose weight and maintain that weight loss, however, Trish felt that there were a couple pieces missing in her health journey.
