He is based in London, but has also lived and worked in Chicago and New York. He has a PhD from The University of Birmingham in England and he was a lecturer at The University of Edinburgh in Scotland where he is an Honorary Fellow.
He is especially interested in using employee experience analytics to solve business problems, such as simplifying the way people work and encouraging collaboration and innovation.
