Plan of ATAC Part 4: Capacity
There are only 24 hours in a day. Humans only have two hands. And we all have only one life. I struggled in 2020 with making my priorities clear, which made it difficult not to overload myself with activities. As creatives, entrepreneurs, and dream chasers, we all have to focus on what's most important and block out distractions.

Plan of ATAC Part 3: Audacity
Have you ever been afraid to take a risk?
There are some days when I am afraid to get out of bed. Not because I don't think I can handle life's responsibilities; rather, I know that I am more than capable of impacting the people around me. Pressure causes big players to make big plays and causes bench players to sit out of the game. 2020 taught me how to make big plays even when no one was watching. The question I have for you is, what type of player are you?

Plan of ATAC Part 2: Tenacity
Tenacity: noun
the quality or fact of being able to grip something firmly; grip.
What are some of the different things you wanted to grab hold of in 2020 but couldn't? Did any opportunities slip between your fingers?
There were times last year where I wish I could have a do-over (that never happened). But it's never too late to look back at the past and reflect.
In part 2 of Plan of ATAC, I take some time to share my challenges with you. Afterward, be sure to reflect on your own. Click this link https://linktr.ee/roguepod. Feel free to reflect where it says, 'Audience Tenacity Reflection' to participate.

Plan of ATAC Part 1: Authenticity
R.O.G.U.E. Podcast Episode 4 Part 1: Authenticity.
2020 was a "becoming of age year" for me. I slowly realized that true Authenticity meant rejecting every "should," "must," and expectation placed upon me by society.
We all have to let go of burdens that have been handed to us by others if we want to move forward.

Plan of ATAC Trailer
This is the fourth episode of the R.O.G.U.E. Podcast titled: Plan of ATAC. ATAC stands for Authenticity, Tenacity, Audacity, and Capacity. 2020 was a crazy year, and a lot of us want to forget it. But I want to reflect on what I learned and how I grew. I believe that this is the only way to move forward with purpose.
This episode will be released in four separate parts; every Friday until the end of February, I will release the next theme. To include the audience, I will also be releasing resources to help you reflect on your journey. Check this link at the end of every week to find the latest reflection exercise. https://linktr.ee/roguepod

Birth of a Nation--The Black Female Body--Learning Valuable Lessons from White Supremacy
Birth of a Nation was a 1915 film directed by D.W.Griffith. This is three hours of filmmaking that single-handedly changed the perception of the white woman and black man in American for generations. Birth of a Nation led to the KKK being resurrected, spurring the lynching of thousands of black men for alleged, “inappropriate” interactions with white women. Interestingly, all of this had an indirect and often overlooked effect on the black woman, her body, and lifestyle. There is a drastic contrast in the lives of black and white women that needs to be discussed.
