Dealing with the Hot Mess! Generator, Manifesting Generator, Manifestor, Projector, Reflector, Essential Oils,
We also look at the Hot Mess by Human Design Type and Ros has a clearing technique which she's distilled down to 9 breaths to heap deal with the situation or any stressful or overwhelming situation. Use this technique anytime you need some calm. Learn it by heart - the order of the centers comes very naturally after a few tries.

4 x drops Serenity (Lavender Peace)

The population is made up of Manifestors, Generators, Manifesting Generators, Projectors and Reflectors.
Some types have sustainable energy, some do not and burnout can come from different places in your chart depending on your Type. We are all built differently and you can get to a place where you can accept yourself rather than beat yourself up.

Ros finds her natural groove with Human Design. She doesn't get as frustrated and angry anymore; she is more accepting of herself and others. She knows it's okay to make mistakes as a Manifesting Generator. She loves oils that support self-acceptance.
Nani gives herself permission to be herself with Human Design. She follows what lights her up and says no to things that don't. She finds that essential oils support her physical, emotional and overall well-being as a Generator.
