He forwarded a link to an interesting Joe Rogan podcast. You can check it out here...

Ross Al and Luke Show Ep108 - Luke asks Ross a question which sparks a rant
Luke asks Ross a question which sparks a rant. Our boys are never short of something to say but this response is somewhat out of character for Ross. Al then ruins it for him by bringing responsibility in to it. Good times.
We discuss:
- Taking responsibility
- Police powers
- Aged care
- Living in the now
- Opportunities COVID has provided such as working around the house

2020 Xmas Special & A Happy New Year!
We wish you a merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
In this episode we talk...
Bit coin, Block chain and crypto currencies. Plus the disappearance of physical currency.
Interest rates, financing, extraneous fees and 2nd hand cards.
We also pose the age old question - Have the boys been good enough to get a visit from Santa this Xmas?

Ross Al and Luke Show Ep107 - "How to f***ing reinvent yourself!"
Technical issues today drop me from the episode immediately after pressing record so Al asks Luke what the topic should be today and he probably replies "I don't know...How to f***ing reinvent yourself!"
So Al immediately begins coaching Luke with a series of probing questions designed to help Luke discover some of his hidden beliefs. We learn about coaching reframes and the extraordinary and utter impact of how life (that is, how we experience it personally) is entirely shaped by our beliefs.
We get a rare insight into Luke's early adult life, that as you'll discover was anything but easy. Giving us an insight into his fantastic work ethic.
Thank you Luke for your raw and open honesty.
... and that's barely 1/3 of the way in to the episode. Plenty to come in this 107th podcast. Enjoy!

The 3 of us and a group of other entrepreneur have started a movement called 'All for 1 and 1 for All' which is dedicated to supporting people and contributing to the global community in any way we can. Ross Al and Luke Show Ep103 - The Keys to Personal Power
With Luke absent today (It's ok, he eventually turned up. He was just feeling the pressures of work.), we discuss our experiences and personal growth Journey while studying at Landmark Education. Notably the powerful sense pf community they foster.
We share updates from our most vocal listeners.
Quote from Tony Robbins "Not a lack of resources but a lack of resourcefulness."
Great reminder to 'Not make people wrong'. Our intention is always to do our best, even though the outcome may not be the best.

Ross Al and Luke Show Ep102 - Tech Challenges and the Wheels of Commerce
Technology fails us and reintroduces the topic we'd been discussing off-air prior.

Ross Al and Luke Ep89 - Al, we still want to know... "What is a human based economy?
Congratulations and recognition to Al's Mum for becoming an Australian ambassador.
Al continues to be cryptic and distract us with questions, instead of being straight and direct about what is a 'human based economy'.
Al's 'human based economy' leads to a passionate and intense discussion (most likely off topic...)
Who's pushing an agenda here? Is it Ross or Al? You decide.
Here's the article link https://www.thebalance.com/universal-basic-income-4160668

Can you figure out what his 'human based economy' is?

Ross Al and Luke Show Ep87 - Let's talk about cash baby
Al kicks off today with the topic "Let's talk about cash."
Let's talk about cash baby. Let's talk about you and me. Let's talk about all the good things and the bad things that make we.

Discussions continue around banks, economies, inflation, politics and global powers.
Al introduces his concept of a 'human based economy'.

Ross Al and Luke Show Ep86 - Conversations Shape Our World

We open with the question "What conversations are we in all the time?"
You're only a conversation quickly becomes confronting for Luke's business life.
What conversations exist in your world, and what is the impact of that?
Near the end were ask another really great question. "How do we as people approach being free of judgement of others?"

Ross Al and Luke Show Ep85 - Dig the trenches. When beliefs are challenged things get heated!
If Luke ever stops talking to himself we can start the podcast.
Our way of being creates our results. Ross is choosing to be an immense joy for himself, his life and the world. Which pushes Luke's buttons to a whole new level.

Where is the world headed in this brave new future of technology, robots and AI?
Working with your hands. Is it a dying art? Is the future of employment going to be back in the basics? Are Trades the best profession?

You can find David online.

Ross Al and Luke Ep75 - Have we finally got our new intro? ...At this point, I think you should be the judge!
We've now spent the last 3 hours exploring ideas for our new intro, then finally this...
Al shares a very raw personal experience. Then goes deep and philosophical. If you can relate, I'm sorry to hear that but I truly, deeply, hope his very real, open and honest share helps you in some way.
Much later in the episode we circle back to discuss it again and explore the impact it has had on his life.
We're reminded that everything we believe is completely made up... even this statement (and it's belief) is completely made up. If this sounds confusing or you'd simply like to learn more of this concept and how it plays out in our lives - This episode is a must!
Ross explains the whole idea really well with a current-day, real-life example.

Ross Al and Luke Ep74 - Al has a moment of enlightenment and realises he's just an 'A'-hole...
Well done Al, a proud moment to discover your true inner self.
We explore the understanding that we create other people with our words, deeds, energy and expression.
Be the EXAMPLE in the world and you'll be eternally greatful of who people are towards and around you.
We also discuss the how to and not to's of disciplining children (adults aren't really that different).

Ross Al and Luke Ep73 - A New Intro Causes Chaos
I open a pre-air discussion about a new introduction. We join the conversation 1hr later...
No new intro yet, but many promises of one to be shared.
I think... the consensus is we'll just wing a new one each time?? Tune in next week to find out.

BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS:

Ross Al and Luke Ep70 - No Negativity Allowed!
Negativity starts with our language both internally and externally. And ends with our experience of life reflected in those words like a mirror. In other words what we say determines our life.
Many people walk around being rude and unkind to others in both thought and in word (I know, I was one of them). Then wonder why our life replicates what we say.
"What we focus on is what we get." Explains exactly how being rude, mean or unkind, creates more of that in our own lives. Just as consistently and powerfully as being kind and generous in thought and word creates more of that in our lives. Choose how you speak to your self and others, it will be reflected straight back.

Ross Al and Luke Ep66 - Al asks... Is How We Do School, How We Do Life?
What a great question and one we should explore because of the learnings and resulting possibilities.
