As much as this statement affect politics and religion more, it is the cause of many business downfall. Business owners do not often understand that they are to be separated from their business every time, especially when it comes to income.

As a small start up, you must be willing to admit that your kitchen isn't large enough to have too many cooks. This applies with start ups that start gathering too many hands as employees that they may not be able to keep in the long run, thereby draining their business.

Just as how it is important to add stuff into the pot that is placed on fire, that's how having a complete budget is in starting a business.
