stress can upset our hormones and thus negatively affect fertility. It reduces blood circulation in the genital organs and thus decreases fertility.⁠

Ironically, however, an unfulfilled desire to have a child leads to a lot of stress! - This is why fertility yoga focuses on stress management. Yoga is a wonderfully, effective tool for holistic stress reduction and thus promotes balanced hormones. ⁠

Resilience is not about overcoming, but becoming 💖⁠⁠

There are people who are bothered about their life, how they look like or how their situation is. But wouldn't it be just great to accept it, the way it is? It doesn't mean you cannot change it. But for the moment, just try to accept things. The reality is already there! We shouldn't spend so much time and energy resisting these things. But how can we manage that? Well, ever heard of Resilience? ⁠


It's the mental toughness - the inner strength, the ability to cope with stress.⁠ Resilient people are the ones who, whenever something happens in their life that is hard (for example losing the job, a loss, financial problems ... ) they fall down, but they manage to get up again very quickly and - most of the time - they get up stronger than before!⁠ And the best is: it can be learned!⁠

⁠May I introduce Khalil Radi to you. Khalil is trying together with his team to make this world a little better place 😊💖⁠

He recognized the three main problems in Nicaragua: The problem of hunger, unemployment and plastic.⁠

And what he has put up to solve these issues, leaves me speechless.⁠

⁠✨And this is his story ✨⁠

"Buy Food with Plastic" came up as a response to the environmental and political issues that I encountered while traveling with my friend in Nicaragua summer of 2018. We saw plastic along the shorelines and the political crisis that escalated simultaneously had severe consequences for the tourism industry. Many hotels and restaurants along the coast were forced to close since few foreigners came to Nicaragua. When we saw that families in the communities struggled to provide food for their children, it became clear: if locals would help to collect plastic – they could use plastic to pay for a meal! 🥣⁠

The idea was well received in the communities. Many people participated in our events and around 25’000 plastic bottles were collected and used as building material for a new house in the community. Our vision is to continue to implement the project all over the world and create a movement to raise awareness about how plastic is valuable, as well as extremely hazardous, if not taken care of. ⁠ ⁠⁠

It's probably the craziest thing I have ever done in my life ... 😱⁠ ⁠ 

The first time I heard of ayahuasca was 7 years ago. And back then, I knew that l want to try this at least once in my life.⁠ So when I traveled to México 7 moths ago, it was on top of my MUST-DO list!⁠ ⁠ 

But what exactly is Ayahuasca?⁠ ⁠

Ayahuasca is a psychoactive tea that originates from the Amazon region. It's also known as the tea, the vine, and la purga —and it is a brew made from the leaves of the Psychotria viridis shrub along with the stalks of the Banisteriopsis caapi vine, though other plants and ingredients can be added as well. So, psychoactive substances in there affect the brain when you drink it and cause people to experience changes in their mood, thinking, and behavior.⁠ ⁠ 

Ayahuasca doesn't give you what you want - but what you need. And I definitely didn't know what I needed back then!⁠ At the beginning, I really didn't know what to expect. But then  I was confronted with a mix of detox, insights, pleasure, smiles and the wild jungle. 

I'm so glad I've experienced it and I would recommend it to all of you.⁠

"Sat Nam" is used in Kundalini Yoga like the usual "Om" and means "True Self". And this is exactly what Kundalini Yoga is all about - the recognition of the true core behind the facade. ⁠It doesn't look like normal yoga tho, it can actually look pretty weird.⁠ ⁠🤪⁠ ⁠In Kundalini-Yoga a very special power 💪🏻 is awakened, which lies in all of us: the so called Kundalini energy. If you awaken it within yourself, you can make profound changes. Your level of energy will rise ⬆️ from zero to one hundred and you will become more alert, more conscious, more perceptive and more intuitive.⁠ 😉⁠ Most of the time your eyes are closed. It's not about what others do, but it's about looking invert, what YOU do. It seems like there are a lot of hidden limiting beliefs you're carrying around with you🙇🏽‍♀️⁠ ⁠ Limiting beliefs⁠ are thoughts you have either ⁠ about yourself⁠ "I'm not good enough"😕, ⁠ about others "I cannot trust them" 😠⁠ or about the universe or the society in general "Only a few people can be rich". ⁠🤑⁠ ⁠ When you repeat these thoughts a lot of times, they become limiting beliefs. You need to face them because sometimes these can turn into a strong emotional reaction.⁠😳 But why are these emotions sometimes stronger than other times? Why do some specific situations cause such kind of reactions?⁠ And why do reactions also have an impact on our organs, which have a kind of memory? ⁠ ⁠
