4. Many in the community have noted protocols like GMX seemingly coming out of nowhere while Synthetix has made relatively slow progress on iteration of its perpetual futures offering. With that in mind, two questions:
-What can be done to improve the level of urgency and speed of reaction from the Spartan Council and greater Synthetix DAO?
-What ideas do you have for trading usage being incentivized in a sustainable manner to drive more parity with other perpetual futures protocols? 

5. How has Synthetix fared relative to the competition? What is your understanding of a good faith timeline for system upgrades and roadmap improvements as of now? 

6. Do you think V3 will help accelerate more adoption of the Synthetix protocol? What features of V3 do you think will be most effective in doing so? 

7. What are your thoughts on the best way to scale sUSD? 

8. One thing that has been cited as a reason for higher volumes on certain platforms like GMX is that they have a fast centralized oracle, which can allow for lower fees. How do you feel about running a centralized oracle? Would you be open to Synthetix running one if it meant much higher fees/revenue/volume? 

9. Would you support a SIP to decentralize staking frontends? If yes, what sort of structure do you imagine for such an arrangement? 

10. Which of the projects that are integrated with Synthetix excites you the most, and why? Where do you see this going - what is your vision for Synthetix and this project, and how do we get there?

Question 1: What do you want to see achieved by the Council in the short-term and long-term for the Synthetix protocol, and what will your contribution be? More specifically, what 1 major milestone would you give the most priority to, for the rest of the year, if you were the benevolent dictator?

Question 3: Decentralization and self custody may not a priority for every user. How do you expect L2 futures trading platforms will be able to compete with CEXs in this context?

Question 7: Thanks to wrappers, the ETH skew is largely negative for the protocol, posing a significant risk to stakers in a bearish market. What's your opinion on unwinding ETH wrappers with DAI and its collateral risk? What are the alternatives to fixing the skew and risk? 

Question 8: How do you think things are going with the campaign to get more market SNX staked? Is there something more that is or should be done? 

Question 9: What do you think is the biggest challenge facing the Spartan Council in the upcoming Epoch?

Question 10: While quadratic voting dilutes large stakers from imposing pure plutocracy on governance, it's not sybil resistant. Now that staking has moved over to Optimism, gas is no longer an obstacle for whales to spread out their voting power into multiple wallets to influence governance elections. What's your view on this attack vector and how would you defend against it? 

Question 11: Once the protocol produces higher and more consistent income from trading fees, would you support the implementation of an $SNX Buy-Back and Burn mechanism similar to Binance with $BNB? 

Question 12: Would you be for or against escrowed stipend for the Council positions?
