I was an Internationally recognised, award winning, type A, high achiever at the top of my profession.

Reaching goals had never been a problem – in fact that was always easy, but for me, having everything I wanted came with a very heavy price tag. Living with high stress caused me to develop a rare digestive disorder that was slowly starving me to death.

I was pretty much bedridden for nearly five years and that gave me time to think.

Although I was very proud of my accomplishments, the reality was that I probably wouldn’t be here for my children’s next birthday. I realized that I’d made a choice between getting to the top of my career and being alive to enjoy it.

After exhausting all that medical science had to offer, I searched for alternative solutions for my condition and 5 years after first getting sick, I finally found the answers I was looking for in the form of a chiropractor who literally gave me my life back.

My life is underconstruction. What you see today is not the finished product. God is working on me and through me each and everyday, I know that the end will be better than the beginning. Just you wait and see.

Miha himself has experienced dealing with the psychological and emotional aspects of success and failure is crucial. While he admits that
entrepreneurs want growth, scalability, more sales, etc. he says what they really need is the right mindset, a healthy relationship with failure, emotional intelligence (“EQ”), mindfulness and other “soft skills.”

“They don’t think they need that of course and if you start talking about that you lose them quickly,” he remarks. “But, in reality, they already know all or most of the HOW TO’s... it’s the lack of being in touch with their emotional state that is stopping them from going further.”

Consequently, he says that a lot of what he does for clients is based on EQ and knowing how to balance between emotions and logic, i.e. when to use what.
