Killarney Star: October 22
This episode we had the "homeful" nomadic singer/songwriter Killarney Star visit the studio. During the chat the crew cored down into his connection to our past musical family, the nomadic lifestyle and its musical creations, being a parent, and music of the 80s and 90s.

The Keystones: October 8

Tyler Meacham: September 30
For a show opportunity that arose in Richmond, VA the Soup2Nutz crew searched out independent artists to perform live on the show and add to the family. The first of two artists we uncovered was Tyler Meachum. The Disney Imagineer turned indie artist stunned the online community who listened in and she quickly became one of the audience favorites for her honesty and insider tips to help navigate certain aspects of independent artistry. During the studio chat Tyler discussed walking away from a 9 to 5 job and dedicating herself to her craft, crowd funding musical pursuits, and the music scene in Richmond.
Tyler's music is other-worldly and her performances are ones you don't want to miss. After finding the singer/songwriter sister duo of ChloeOlivia in our research, the Soup2Nutz crew hosted them in the studio for a chat. Discussions focused on their early lives on social media, their creative process, the importance of authenticity, and sharing the stage as sisters.

After being introduced to his music via our family member Ellee Duke, the Soup2Nutz crew invited CARLING to stop by the show. Birmingham Drive: August 27
Longtime family member Nick Bettelli joins us with his recently announced collective Birmingham Drive. The crew was on the verge of releasing music but had already fostered successful buzz at residencies and pop-ups in Florida. They all remoted into the studio to discuss beats and brotherhood.

This was our landmark 30th Artist show and our guest, Alice Gray didn’t disappoint. Without fanboy gushing too much, Alice is a consummate artist whether its fine art, vocal art, or graphic design her depth of knowledge and her use of it for her brand were fully displayed here.

Bri Green: July 30
After the release of her then latest track "Let Me Go" songstress Bri Green chatted with the S2N crew amidst her busy work schedule. We talk about destructive relationships, sunflowers, and the power of optimism. Bri's deep intimate vocals will stay with you long after the track has stopped. This is one artists you won't want to miss.

Layne Elizabeth: July 23
Following the release of her track "I Won't Cry", Denton, Texas native artist Layne Elizabeth dropped by the studio July 23rd. The 17-year-old took some time out with the Soup2Nutz crew to talk extroversion, storytelling, and the power of family support. The crew wanted to formally apologize to Layne's boyfriend before this podcast begins, hopefully by now you know she's okay.

Dan Fuson: July 16
Following the release of his solo track "The Architect", Nashville based artist Dan Fuson dropped by the studio July 16th. The Soup2Nutz crew had another amazing conversation -- we touched on musical intent in storytelling, indie music production, and the nerdery of comic collecting.

Life Size Models: July 9
Following the release of their seminal track Polar Nights, the Bay-Shore based band Life Size Models dropped by the studio July 9th. The Soup2Nutz crew chatted with Chris and Stephen Seymore, the twin-brother frontmen of the group, about art, musical influences, and life as twins.

Pale Ramon: June 25
On the heels of their self-titled release, Pale Ramon dropped by the studio June 25th. Even before they came, the duo drew quite a buzz from the excitement over the tracks they had posted to streaming services. During the show, the S2N crew did a holistic unpacking of their tracks, politics, using YouTube to disprove musical trickery, and the beauty of silence. Not only because of the music, but also because of the insider look at the development of the complexity of their tracks, this is a show that you don't want to miss.

With his last bit of freetime before heading off to the Berkeley School of Music for a degree in Music Production, 19-year-old Max Harris stops by the show to discuss a DJs musical process, his latest track "Lights", and the power of the pineapple. Boston the Girl: June 11
Boston the Girl dropped her new 3 song EP "Here Goes Nothing" June 3rd. The S2N crew were lucky enough to have this feisty talent stop by before she takes of to venue performances and recording a new EP in Detroit later this summer. We talk about life adversity and how it drives lyrics just as much as the trope of love, personification, influential musicians, and sarcasm. Once you hear her voice, it'll stay with you for a long while. This is a show that you don't want to miss.

Bluprint: May 28
Bluprint drops a new EP July 20th and heads out on for an East Coast tour shortly after. Before their big June 13th gig at the Summit Music Hall in Denver with Hawthorne Heights, the band stopped by the studio to talk the songs they dropped pre-EP, the philosophy of the band's musical development, and a few rock star stories.
