Spiral of the Year: A Healing Journey through Rhythm and Ritual

Day 5 of our yoga practice focuses on the breath. “Life is the breath; therefore he who only half breathes, half lives.”

Creating deep awareness around what you are doing rather than mindlessly exercising is a huge benefit of yoga. 

As we continue our journey through yoga, remember to breath. Be in your body, going into the tightness of the muscles, feeling your body movements and allowing your body to release all that is has been holding onto. Through yoga and movement we will be creating intentions for Sensitizing the body. This lunar cycle is to get us back into connection with our bodies so that we can create intentions from a place of full awareness. 

For the next 28 days we will be doing a daily yoga session to help get us back into our bodies and re-sensitized to what is needed. 

Nature gives us so many valuable insights into releasing. Take some time to be in nature today to experience those with our Divine Feminine teacher! 

As I opened my grip on holding onto certain desires, ideas; a wave of energy came through me! 

I shared some aspects in which I am releasing in my own life

Releasing is equivalent to birthing. 

Our childlike wonder and innocence will help us regain our sovereignty. The vibration of innocence can tap into a wonder and magic that we didn't know was missing but can reclaim our power. 

Sovereignty is the act of being sovereign or having control over yourself. 

Setting intentional habits is my definition of a ritual. Creating those to receive more of the divine feminine from the Mother Earth herself is the best way to create this space!

At what point did you become so serious? What did you inner child do to give up play and become serious? 

Instead of being in Action and Planning- Shifting into a space of Ritual (intentional actions) and Rhythm - 

Our vocabulary is heavy on the masculine so finding a way to create space for being in movement, our natural inclinations, following our intuition, urges, or desires?? Help share some new vocabulary! 

Setting intentions from a place of gratitude and awe verses want and desire! The vibrational difference will bring in the magic! 

Duality is not always perfect 50% of each. I have found that because of the extreme of masculine energy in the world today, in my own life I need more Divine Feminine to balance that which is outside of me. 

When we allow for duality to be a part of the whole the aspect of the thing in entirety becomes valuable. It is like only seeing a coin as its heads or tails but missing out on the fact that the coin is actually valuable in and of itself. 

An ancient Sumerian story of the Queen of Heaven, Inanna- journeys into the underworld and is stripped of her "ME" the articles that give her divine authority. We each go through our own journey of stepping away beliefs, objects, things that we have held onto thinking they were helping us. Yet once they were removed we were able to see clearly those in our lives as well as the importance we placed on things that didn't hold as much weight as we once thought. 

The new year, waxing crescent moon is the time of rebirth, setting new intentions and gearing up for a brand new year! Creating awareness around our own extremes allows us to notice and not create from this place but from a place of mystical union! 

The oppositional forces have been so strong this year! It is time to bring in this next lunar cycle with a union of these forces to create a shift in our inner world, transforming our outer world!

We have so many resources, guides, and options available to us from the Celestial Realm!!! It is time to access them so that we can fully live out the experience that we came here to live! 

This is a magical experience, being human! At times we forget this, but take today to remember that you are the creatrix of your reality! 

We have times, especially during the holidays, when we just give to the point of exhaustion. This is a sure fire way to doubt your magic. Shifting into receiving verses give/take is reframe that can shift your vibration and your energy! 

Social Media can trigger us, especially this time of year. It can lower our vibrations- allowing entities and narcissistic behavior to be attracted to us! 

A jumping out of our skin celebration is something that is fleeting as adults but doesn't need to be non existent! 

Acknowledging all that we have to be in gratitude for from nature and the elements today! Go out and enjoy nature today!

Everything from my childhood nightmares shifted in a moment after I did this healing session on myself! 

So many women I talk to, share that they felt, especially when they were younger that they were here to be more, famous, a ruler, or powerful. They see where they are in their life now, and often feel they are far from that. So where does mysticism come into play with these desires? 

We have been submitting to a power greater than ours, yet we hold the greatest power within! Making ourselves less than so we think we can get something from a source greater than ourselves!! 

In order to go on an adventure you have to step out of the comfort zone at times? In what ways are you keeping the adventure of your desires away? 

There are so many ways to use your aura and your spirit guides to create space for yourself, and to create a shift in your community

Checking in with your auric field, can you sense if there are any holes, drains, grey spots, or leaks that are occurring there? And where are they located? 

What if we started separating ourselves from our pain, illness, disease. Not allowing them to be a part of WHO we are, but an entity that is feeding off of us! 

Seasons of life call for different rituals in life- creating time to be present in play is vital especially for those of us with little children. 

When we get into the ritual of connection it can shift our entire lives into an act of PLAY! 

Play is the magic piece to getting our magic back! 

We are not here on this earth to just relive our childhoods out over and over again, we are here to gain the wisdom through those experiences, which only comes through embodiment

Often times the most important question is buried under these feelings, but what terrifies us the most is receiving the answer. 

Today we give thanks- not to our things but to all who supports and gives us life

Connecting with our spirit guides, ancestors, and goddesses.

There is a solution to dissociation, but sometimes we are aware of our need for it! 

Letting go of control is easier by replacing it with curiosity! 

Being a trend setter is something that influencers around the globe enjoy doing, yet the missing component is the authentic self when others copy or imitate. 

That feeling when you are triggered and you must get to the root of it! This episode has me processing out loud and doing inner child work. 

The lifestyle culture has tried to control nature, but ultimately nature will always do what nature does. 

In our modern lifestyle culture the search for success, love, acceptance, being enough is always found in the outside things/world around us- the "goddess" culture helps us find it within us

When we see that the lifestyle culture values "perfectionism" and plays favorites, there is no way to WIN in this type of world. You will always feel different, worthless and not good enough

What do we do with all the downloads we receive? 

Getting out of the "problem" head space can be needed in times, and this episode shares some easy ways to shift the vibrational frequency you are in. 

I have an energetic/emotional hang over today and am allowing all the feels to come through

In the lifestyle culture we grew up with certain programs that told us not to express ourselves in certain ways that were not "normal" this is a powerful way to create shifts in our masking programs

The definition of mystisism captured my heart and is giving me the words I need to create more understanding in myself as well as how to share it within others!

Utilizing your unique gifts, the way you think and your neurodivergence to raise your frequency above "normal"

This is a huge insight that came to me as I am wading through the remembering, stirrings and aspects of what our current culture is verses what I am hungry in creating in my life and others. 

So many of us are looking for a foundational culture to guide us through ritual, rhythm and sacred space. Yet when we look at other cultures there is a huge gap between their lifestyle and the modern lifestyle. It has come to me that Magical Mothering is a way to create a culture that ignites and reminds us in a day by day basis to stay in our magical selves! 

In a culture where being busy is looked at as productive, taking time to rest can create huge transformation in you life! 

When we are fully present to the gift of our lives- magic happens! 

Getting something physically into the world that was not there before is exactly what this releasing time of the lunar cycle can help with! 

Understanding our evolutionary process even just over the past 150 years can create such a huge realization over what we think of as problems vs integrating tools that will actually help us! 

Releasing is not something that we value in our western culture, but taking the time to create a safe sacred space with healthy boundaries can make all the difference!!

Do you remember being towards the end of pregnancy and you had all those uncomfortable feelings?? This is what the full moon can bring us each month as we prepare to labor! 

So many of us spin our wheels rather than create a life we truly desire! This is a way to shift that perspective. 

In this session I share HOW to create pausing, waiting and being as an action that create huge shifts in your life. 

So often when we think of taking action we think of doing! But what about when we get a pause response from our intuition. These are super potent moments to be present to because they can recalibrate our entire way of thinking!

Often what we say and what we do are contradicting our own visions that we desires so badly for ourselves. Bringing in awareness to this can have profound shifts in our lives.

Finding the missing link to our souls calling is having huge ramifications in my own being!!

Imagine fitting within a physical form a star, planet, element or energy that has never before been embodied. That is what is occurring during this physical experience with us light workers and star seeds!!

The power of transformation possible when we create with the new moon! Stories often keep us stuck in co creating the same circumstances over and over. 

In this podcast I go into the different lunar phases, and create space to understand better the fullness of what the lunar cycle provides us!

Over the past week I have talked about releasing being closer to labor than easy. This is a huge realization to me to go into the contractions and pain of life rather than dissociate or distract/numb from them. 

Awareness is always the key to releasing!! Step into the pain- don't dissociate or distract yourself from it! There is gold to alchemize from the process. 

When we think of releasing we often think of letting go. Yet birthing is a releasing process and that is not always easy to just let go while you are experiencing excruciating pain! 

Birthing/ Releasing what is/isn't serving you any longer! The full moon is a time of illumination and birth. 

Are your actions aligned with your message? Your message are those things that you are passionate about, often pursue and can't seem to stop talking about!

When we live in our root chakra- trying to feel safe, anxiety, overwhelm, and stress we block the ability to speak our truth. 

The throat chakra is more correlated with the cervix and womb space than most realize, and yet we often don't connect the two when we are doing throat chakra healing. The Hormonal Balance Potion can have a direct impact on your vaginal health, the stagnation in your body, the flow of your menses and your mood! 

What we think of as absolutes or universal truths- may not be. Shifting into a space that their is more to be co created and that nothing is concrete- can help create new neural pathways in your brain. 

How often do you start sharing but then are unable to put into words your experience? Or feel judged, guilty or ashamed of your beliefs, desires, and needs?

Complaining can create so much chaos in our lives, and can be an outdated program that we use to connect with others or relate. We no longer need to use this system!

How often do you speak about the problems? How often do you speak into existence of what is your current reality? Take time today to write down the problems that you speak into existence to fully integrate them!

How often as people pleasers do we feel like we are trying to be understood, accepted or heard? This is a huge aspect of the throat chakra. And living in alignment with your inner wisdom/intuition releases you from having to do this any longer. 

This lunar cycle we are focusing on the throat chakra- speaking our desires into existence releasing the aspects of our throat chakra that are no longer serving us! 

Taking a look at what you have co created and releasing this fully to see that it is all a manifestation of the past. Forgive and release as needed. And then set up your sights to create from your heart not getting pulled into what may be in front of you. 

When the stress comes in I went back into outdated programming of freaking out! But I was reminded to TRUST that I do not have to do this all alone!

What do we put in place of our desired outcome? Trust!

So often when we are trying to get things done they are so much harder than allowing for them to unravel at he perfect timing!

Often we over give, people please, but what would shift if we sat in the knowing that we are the gift? WE are enough and worthy without offering anything 

Releasing is more than releasing expectations, it is also releasing the distractions that will take you out of being in inspired action. plus the aspect that learning is a process, to create more patience for our children and others through the learning process to stop the worthlessness cycle

We have unraveled and unpacked so much since the last full moon. It is time to release it all!

The unraveling continues as I see how many aspects, including meeting my own needs or not, have been programmed by my feelings of worthlessness.

Understanding the root cause of my worthlessness made me begin to look at the choices I was making based on this foundational belief or programming! 

Now that I am aware of the worthlessness cycle- I am also aware of showing grace, compassion, kindness, love and joy without having to TRY!! My world is shifting and transforming through this realization!

We often think of others when the term forgiveness comes to mind- yet so often because we can be people pleasers we often forget to do the forgiveness work for and with ourselves. Releasing anything and the others that have held us captive!

When we have released the expectations (previous episode) we can truly begin to start with fresh eyes. Seeing those in our lives not from our perspective, but getting to know them anew. 

With the waxing crescent moon the intention/ co creating phase of the moon is so important- yet our expectations can literally drain us of all the energy we need to create with passion and pleasure. 

There are 3 natural rhythms and we have been ignoring them!! 

How often how we put matters of the heart aside in order to survive, struggle or get by? 

The realization that I need to take back some aspects of myself as MINE has lead me to unraveling the shame and $$ stuff that has come up with offering myself through my business

After doing inner child play with my 3 year old self this past week of rest, I realized how important it is to reclaim our power through the use of the word "MINE!" 

As I released the biggest, most overwhelming programming I have ever found- I am to save the world- I am feeling lighter, more creative and IN JOY than I have in months!!

I have been told that I could change the world, my teachers, the church, and even Micheal Jackson sang to me about it when I was in the 5th grade from MTV! 

It is liberating to say the least not having to control everything around me. Yet it is giving me so much healing space!

During this time of release I am being shown that my outdated programs are still running. What is your intuition saying to shift but outdated programs are keeping you stuck? 

In this session I share a powerful Neural reprogramming technique called EFT. 

After the full moon the waxing gibbous gives us the opportunity to release all that has been building up in our lives, whether that is from the past weeks, months, years or lifetimes!

Allow this lunar phase to release all that is holding you back through trusting your intuition.

Find ways to do micro steps if needed to shift into the life of your dreams! It doesn't happen overnight, but one day you wake up to a reality you had only dreamed was possible! 

What rules us subconsiously will always be what creates our reality. Truly taking these aspects out of the shadows is such a powerful place of empowerment and healing for our solar plexus chakra. 

Nature is the abundance giver- yet we most likely won't be comfortable while being in nature!

Connecting to our subconscious mind is a very powerful way to see the root causes of our feelings. 

Through our solar plexus is where we store all of our connections to others. Are your attachments and relationships actually filling your needs? 

So often we are still living out the parts of us that got us accepted and loved as little girls! Not fully living our whole, authentic selves that we came to this Earth plane to live out. 

When we start looking at our own beliefs we can see how much controversy they can cause in our own life- especially if we have been looking at them as if they are truths!!

Cord cutting is a powerful technique to release the cords that deplete us throughout our days. 

Freedom doesn't come from outside of us but from not being held in bondage or slavery to our own beliefs and programs

The storm may be scary and get us up and moving- but it reveals where we need more support!

When life happens for us we step out of victim mode into empowerment

On the heels of Roe v Wade being overturned the implications came crashing into my home yesterday!

We can have the self confidence to perform yet our self esteem and self worth can be wrecking havoc on our lives in the background

Creating space to live from a our intuition rather than manifesting is a perfect way to enable the solar plexus for this lunar cycle. 

This is a practical and easy to implement way to be present with your feelings! 

This is a powerful technique to quickly gain back control over your emotions!

Our emotions will create our realities for us if we are unable to feel!! We want to feel the reality we desire to co create our most magical lives!

Our feelings can poke at others, and as codependents or people pleasers we can shut off our feelings to make those around us more comfortable! But we can't do that because when we continue to feel it creates a healing ripple effect!

What is the difference between emotions and feelings? This is a significant aspect to the healing journey 

We all have thoughts about what we should be doing but it that truly the desire of our heart (higher self)? Is that going to bring us the greatest amount of joy? Is that going to create the most fulfillment for us? This is the time of the lunar phase to release these thoughts of needing, shouldering, or trying to be something that you are not!

The lunar phase gifts us the incredible rhythm that we can use in our own lives. Breathing in and breathing out. Action and rest. 

What beliefs do we have about people who have wealth? And how they are keeping us from being abundant!

When we step into our nature a new paradigm opens up to us. We can see that as a being that is nature we are meant to be as abundant as everything else in nature. 

Realizing that you are not alone in having to create your own wealth- is so helpful in co creating

There are so many ways to create your own sovereignty over money! 

Does wealth and spirituality go together in your brain? So many of us have been programmed to see money as evil and so are not able to receive in a way that creates sacred wealth for ourselves. 

The first quarter moon is the half way point to the full moon. Seeing that your energy is still building, this is the yang portion or action portion of the moon! No breaks yet! 

The stories we share help co create our realities just as much as everything else we do. So what aspects of our stories need some shifting to truly help us know that we are co creating with rather than then aspects happening to us? 

How can we create a reality we desire if we are feeling like life it happening to us??? The shift- life is happening for us.

Sharing your to do list with your higher self, guides, goddess and Mother Earth can create a truly sacred being space of living. I know it did for me!

What are the signs and synchronicities in your life that you might be ignoring to show that their is something else other than you supporting your Co-creation process? 

We are either creating a reality by focusing on our current reality and creating more of the same- or we can start shifting our focus to create a new dream.

We have to separate from our codependency habits to allow our higher self, universe and our guides to be co collaborative in our lives. We have to let go of our own expectations and stay in the dream to allow the greatest vision to come through us, rather than try to control the outcome.

I have made my share of bad decisions and I had an incredible realization today that these are actually ways that I can alchemize my own choices! What aspects of your reality did you bring to fruition from 6 months ago? What aspects in your life have you lived out the lessons over and over again that you are ready to check off the list? 

This is a magical day filled with Goddess energy. Society has villianized so much of the feminine so much so, most women are walking around wearing and acting out masculine qualities that are keeping them from being in pleasure and receiving! 

During this Waxing Crescent moon and mercury retrograde- be incredibly mindful of where your agitation (freak outs) are steming from. This is incredible useful information to create huge shifts in your vibrational energy to stay in alignment. 

Gratitude is a just one of steps on the healing journey- it is fantastic to get us out of judgement AND we can move through that to align our vibration to our higher self.

May 6, 2022- Waxing Crescent moon- Continuing with the theme of safety and root chakra, feeling safe in our bodies is vital to gaining sovereignty over ourselves again. 

Unraveling our too much-ness to own our super power! 

When we create space to feel into what our needs share with us, there can be a lot of emotions from our unmet needs.

30 Days of Moon Magic- The theme for this moon cycle is Safety- the Root chakra- With the Waxing Crescent phase of the moon leaning into and unraveling our inner child is so vital. In this episode we explore aspects of our safe emotions that we were allowed to express as children, and also different emotional situations in childhood. 

30 Days of Moon Magic- In this episode we allow for our inner child to get the safety that is needed. This can happen through feeling understood, creating boundaries, listening to our intuition and so many more ways. 

In this episode we explore ways in which we can usher in the goddess, uniting our divine masculine and divine feminine and exploring the fertility of Beltane!! 

This is not the type of moon to set intentions with. This is the time to connect with your ancestors, guides, Angels, higher self, goddess, source, universe. Allow for your highest and best to come through this new moon. 

What aspects do the darkness bring up in you? What darknesses or shadows play upon you? What are the behaviors behind the behaviors? 

 The Waning Crescent Moon is a perfect time to release the validation from others. Needing to be loved and needing to heal others.

I didn't expect to be so triggered by the moon phase sharing with me that it is time to rest. I have been enjoying sleeping in, taking time off my exercise regiment, but REST- what does that even look like?  We live in a solar cycle lead society that demands us to be productive every single day- day in and day out. What is we truly just rest BEFORE our body makes us? 

The waning crescent moon is the "death" or releasing phase of the moon. Take time to create space for yourself to release and let go of what is no longer serving you.
