Exist In The Stillness | Quarantine Talks with Arielle Estoria
In respect to the Black Lives Matter movement and wanting to finish this series to give you and myself time to lean in and listen, this will be the last episode of Quarantine Talks.
We need To listen and give space to/for people that can help us, specifically me, understand the importance of this movement, the importance of the saying "black lives matter" and to dive deeper into learning how I can change, in my corner, in my heart and communities, the racism and injustice we see for black people and others of a different race every day.
Arielle and I talk nothing of this in this episode because well, it was before George Floyd's murder, and frankly, I am upset with myself that I did not allow room for any type of conversation around race or the injustice in our country towards those of a different color, because Arielle herself is a beautiful woman of color.
But we do talk about existing in the stillness, and even thought quarantine rules are slightly lifting, and places are opening back up, this is something we all still need. And I truly hope the last two and a half months have helped us see that sometimes, it's good for us to sit and be. Because then we give ourselves time to listen. And that is what myself + Good Good Talks will be doing.
Let's chat quarantine things one last time, shall we?
You HAVE to follow Arielle because not only is her name beautiful but is everything she puts her mind to. Her words, her insight, her grace- she's a true light, so please go find her page and go deep- I promise you won't regret it.

This or That | Quarantine Talks Game Show Style
Guys.
Linds made SUCH a fun game called This or That where I had to choose between two situations that are the not so fun parts of life outside of Coronavirus and life in quarantine.
We had too much fun with this and I am pretty darn sure I was eating some kind of chips at the beginning of episode.
It's 9 minutes long. It's so fun. Choose your this or that with us.
Let's chat, shall we - quarantine talks game show style.

Forced Pause | Quarantine Talks With Lindsey Rosen
We are way past two months of this season y'all, and it's hard to tell when it truly will end. But I love how Lindsey sees this time- as a forced pause. We are forced to choose to move forward, to pause and truly find who we want to be during this time.
Lindsey chats about it allll in our talk today, so let's get going and chat, shall we?

Grace In Your Loss | Quarantine Talks With Allie Kay
Allie has such a unique and beautiful perspective during this season - because not only has she been home for two months during quarantine (with a little more stricter rules), but she has been home for weeks before the pandemic began because of the tornadoes that hit Nashville early March.
A unique place to be where your time with students was taken because of a natural disaster, but then not getting to say goodbye because of a world-wide pandemic, and in the middle of it all, having to be a little more cautious than others because of her health.
Yet, she is resting in grace. Gosh, so perfect and so beautiful for us to hear Allie's heart and perspective.
So-let's chat y,a'll- quarantine style.

One Thousand Feelings | Quarantine Talks
Anybody else so dang moody during this quarantine?
The kind of moody where you are mad one minute, sad the next, and happy a moment later? Seems like quarantine will do that to ya.
So let's chat about it, shall we?

Where Do You Stand? | Quarantine Talks With Jess Hottle
Jess challenged me in this conversation, and I am so ready to see how she challenges you, too.
This isn't a "is covid real?" or "is the government doing it right?" kind of conversation- this is a "hey, what is best for you, your people, your beliefs, your life right now? Where do you stand in it all?" conversation.
A conversation to help YOU find your way to work through this thing. A conversation to lift you up in that YOU can take a stand too. Not in a political stance way or even post it all over social media kind of way, just for you to take a stand in a way that is best for you right now.
So- let's chat, shall we?

Lockdown | Quarantine Talks
Today I give ya a little glimpse into a day in the life of my quarantine in hopes that it can help you find some footing that maybe just maybe you haven't found yourself.
I chat about Paul and what he did in his 2 year house arrest, and how kind of but not really but yes kind of, this stay-at-home order could be the closest we get to anything house arrest- and Paul makes me think, what am I doing while on my lockdown?
So, let's chat, shall we?

There's Power In Speaking Truth | Quarantine Talks With Kennedy Brown
I will never get tired of having Kennedy and her words on this platform.
From celebrating the small things, to lots and lots of time, and speaking truth even when you don't feel it, Kennedy brings some sweet words and some good truth to this quarantine talk.
So-let's chat, quarantine style, eh?

Hitting That Wall | Quarantine Talks
I think y'all know what I mean. That wall, that feeling, that voice. That thing that just stops us in our tracks and tells us "I'm done. I can't do this anymore."
How do we fight that? How do we keep moving when we feel that wall every Monday morning? Every afternoon?
Hitting the wall sometimes means kicking it down and pressing forward, even if there's another wall, another disappointment, another "I can't do this" moment. Step forward. One more time.
Let's chat, shall we? Quarantine style.
Let's please be friends -- @gwenn_lynn

From Fruits to Gifts | Quarantine Talks With Kohlie Browning
"You cannot operate in the gifts of the Spirit if you're not in the fruits of the Spirit."
From sitting and listening, to the small joys in between, Kohlie has a whole lot of good to give y'all during this quarantine time. Oh, and what moving from fruits to gifts means. From patience to proclaiming, from joy to generosity.
Oh, and remember- no one was ready for this. Quarantine is new to everyone y'all.
Let's chat, shall we? Quarantine style friends.
Let's be friends!

Unapologetically Lindsey | An Interview With Lindsey Rosen
Lindsey is my fantastic roommate and we have walked so much life together in the last year we've lived together, and her heart and words are what y'all need to hear. I promise.
Living unapologetically, to Lindsey, is simply moving forward, even when you fall, even when you fail, because every day you are owning and living in who you are. We live unapologetically by moving forward in who we want to be and every day is growing towards that best version of ourselves.
In this episode, Lindsey lists out 5 ways in which she is living and moving forward in who she is and who she wants to be.
She has been unapologetically learning and growing and crashing, and through all of it, it has made Linds able to say and be proud of who she is. Giving her a space to she she is unapologetically bold, curious, funny, sensitive, and smart.
REAL QUICK- what are your 5 things? What are things within you that make you you, where you are living with no regrets, no apologies, growing and moving forward in who you are every day. What are those things, for you?
Find me on Instagram and tell me- please, please!

07 | Brother Sister Memories, Every Yes Matters, + Hope Conquers Fear Every Dang Time | Interview with Nathan Moss
Y'all. This here is an interview with my brotha from the same motha, and I am STOKED. It is so fun to have people join me in this podcast, especially those that know me best. We take more than a few trips down memory lane, talk about taking steps and how every yes we say is also a no to something else, and that our past is like a wake...well- you'll understand that one once you start listenin'. WOW I love you guys and I love my brother and I love that I get to introduce him to you folks. So, grab a cup'o'joe and join us this morning, day, evening, whatever it may be, for this brother sister conversation that may have no meaning other than the fact that it has some good laughs and two-three cameos from my dear father himself. Seriously- thank y'all for joining. See ya soon?

06 | Friday Chip Chats #3 | Real Talk: Feeling Uninvited + Rejected
Y'all, I think this is the first ever chip chat that feels like a true chat between me and whoever is listenin'. I not only got to share a little of what has been on my heart the last few days and what I have been reading that has been leading me straight to the feet of Jesus, but I also received and answered my first ever question from one of my dear listeners! If y'all have a question, a topic you want to hear discussed or even just a note for me or one of my friends I interview, send it my way on Instagram @goodgoodtalks or @gwenn_lynn. Or if you're old school, gwennlynnblog@gmail.com is where you can hit me up too. Thank you for listening- seriously you have no idea how much it means to me. I'll see ya real soon, friends.

05.5 | Living Loved, Enneagram Tests + Sitting In The Mess | Interview with Allie Crume Part 2
Good Good Talks is sneaking in this Tuesday morning to give ya the rest of my talk with Allie from last Friday's episode. If you haven't already, check out Episode 5 before you press play on Episode 5.5, because that first part is gold and I don't want you to miss out. On this tail end of our conversation from Friday, Allie is throwing out nuggets of wisdom left and right, from navigating friendships and loving well through the hard stuff, sitting in your mess even when you don't want to, and choosing joy even when it hurts. Guys, thank y'all again for listening. Grab your cold cup of joe and join Allie and myself for this good convo between two good friends. Oh, and I'll still see ya Friday- but until then, listen in. See ya soon.

05 | Studying Abroad, Juggling Friendships + Abraham Lincoln | Interview with Allie Crume
This episode? Definitely already one of my favorites. Can I even have favorites when every interview is one of my favorite people? Probably not, but still, this one is one for the books guys. Allie Crume, my good friend from the midwest, came to visit me while I was home in Illinois a few weeks back and man did we hit the jackpot in conversation topics while recording this baby. We talked from traveling and studying abroad, to the enneagram personality test, to Abraham Lincoln and how much we miss him (you'll definitely have to listen if you want that last chunk to make any sense to ya). So grab your coffee, your headphones or your to-go cup and join Allie and I on this week's episode of Good Good Talks.
You can find my lovely friend Allie over on her blog at wearenewromantics.com or her instagram @allieylak_5. Y'all can catch me over on gwennlynn.com, @gwenn_lynn + @goodgoodtalks on Insta as well!

03 | Adoption, Netflix + Moana | Interview with Kendahl Throck
WHOA! This is my first ever conversation/interview/real podcast thing for Good Good Talks, and I am SO stoked to have Kendahl be the person to share this first with. Honestly guys, half the time we sound like 17 year old girls trying to remember people's names from the past and blabbing about our favorite shows on Netflix and reminiscing about the good ol' days, but that's real conversation and that's the beautiful thing about it. So if you haven't already, grab some oreos or gluten free cookies (whichever you're feeling, but we all know the truth), a cup o' joe and join Kendahl and myself for some good convo. Thanks for joinin' friends.
And here are ALL the things and people we talked about today on the show: @CauseBox, @HannahBrencher, @kendahlthrockmorton, @hellolovehandmade,
