Welcome to part two of this conversation with Pharmarcist and Confectionary Baker Ifedayo Osuntuyi as he shares his struggle with allergies from childhood to embark on a journey to seek a solution that will help others with food allergies with a focus on wheat allergy.

Find out in this two-part episode what the journey was like, what are the challenges that people with food allergy face and what solution he came up with. Trust me you would learn a lot from this series. Please share as much as possible to help others learn from this episode. 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭. Meet Mr Ifedayo Osuntuyi, also known as Ifethebaker. Driven by his passion for optimal nutrition and his childhood experience with food allergies, particularly wheat and dairy-containing foods, Mr Osuntuyi started developing products using alternatives to wheat-based flour. His quest led to the discovery of highly rich fibre grains that are locally sourced, including acha, sorghum, rice, gluten-free oats, and tapioca flour, for baking confectionery. He is the founder of Ife the Baker Confectionery, which produces baked goods that meet international standards for special dietary needs. Through his platform, Mr Osuntuyi trains, educates, and raises awareness about food allergies, providing safer and healthier options for children and adults with special preferences and needs. As a conference speaker, Mr Osuntuyi shares his expertise in human nutrition, medicine's role in health, and achieving optimal health through a healthy diet. He has attended several courses on entrepreneurship, business leadership, and emotional intelligence. Apart from his professional engagements, Mr Osuntuyi volunteers in youth development at his church and enjoys nature. He is married to Adedolapo, a social entrepreneur and child advocate, and they are blessed with two beautiful children. Learn the business of your talent with Jeremiah Ukponrefe

Learn the business of your talent with Jeremiah Ukponrefe

As a creative professional, it's crucial to have a good understanding of  the business aspects of your craft. This way, you can avoid working  with individuals who may seem qualified but lack the expertise to  support your goals. Investing in learning the business of your talent,  particularly in the early stages of your career, can pay off  significantly.

On this week's episode, we're excited to have a guest who will share his  journey to becoming an author and stand-up comedian. Join us for a fun  and laid-back conversation, where we hope to make you laugh and enjoy  your time.

About Jeremiah

Jeremiah Ukponrefe is a Toronto-based author and stand-up comedian. He  has written articles for The Runner, The Reel Anna, and Envie Magazine.  His debut novel Hive was released in March 2021, the first of The Arcane  Volumes Series.  As a comedian, his style is a mixture of clever  observations with subversive darkness, all performed under a veil of  innocence. He's performed at the Island Fringe Festival, Guelf Fringe  Festival, and Victoria Fringe Festival.

He is the founder of the comedy  production company Punching Sideways Productions. He is really hoping  this comedy thing works out.

About his book - HIVE

The Collective military has spent its years destroying the last remnants  of The Hive, an alien force which devastated the old world, bringing  forth the apocalypse, and ushering in a new age of warring factions.   Alexander King is a Collective soldier who during a mission monitoring  the outskirts of Zone 6, discovers evidence that The Hive's presence is  stronger than commonly believed.

With his new information, it becomes  vital that the Collective acts fast, for if they don't the world will be  brought to its knees again in a second wave of destruction that will  end humanity forever.   Astonishing, complex, and character-driven. Hive is the first in The  Arcane Volumes. A saga that will leave you begging for more.

How a shy guy like me became a well-renowned speaker

How a shy guy like me became a well-renowned speaker

Shyness can be a thief of Joy, Purpose and fulfilment, yet, there are  exceptions. And this happens when your passion and purpose are more prominent than any shyness you can ever have. This is the case with my  guest on the show today.  David was an extremely shy and timid young man. Still, when purpose called in the form of speaking and training others to speak and to lead exceptionally, his shyness took the back bench and he showed forth his oratory excellence to the awe of his audience.

About David O. Lawal

David O. Lawal is a graduate of Biochemistry from The Federal University  of Technology, Akure (FUTA). He is a thinker and an award-winning writer, conference speaker and leadership coach. David is a co-founder of KIST! and the founder of Friendship Leadership  Institute, an organisation which powers his conferences, seminars and training programmes such as the International Masterful Speakers  Masterclass (an international masterclass where David and other speakers and trainers from the UK, USA, Canada, S/Africa, Cameroon, Ghana and  Nigeria train professionals and corporate executives—from around the continent—to become certified orators and efficient leaders through the mastery of precise and powerful communication skills).

David is the winner of the prestigious IDW Essay Contest (2016) and has won several leadership awards. David consults for businesses and corporate organisations. He is a favourite resource person for government establishments like the National Library of Nigeria and the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). He is the serving Public Relations Officer for over 200 facilitators of the NYSC  Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development programme in Oyo  State, Nigeria.

As one of the fastest-rising and highly sought-after  professional conference speakers in Africa, David has enjoyed the tremendous privilege of addressing an audience of about 30,000 people in one sitting (with almost a million listeners connected over the satellite and social media all over the world). He has trained over 2000  leaders and speakers. David enjoys spending time with his certified masterful speakers in the Global Masterful Speakers Network, training them, cheering them, providing honest and helpful answers to their burning questions, creating speaking platforms for them, promoting their personal brands and celebrating their wins.

David currently lives in  Ibadan, Nigeria, with his beloved “Wifey” Aminat Oluwatosin David-Lawal—  and travels to speak at conferences, facilitate training seminars and lead coaching classes around the world.

My guest on the show today is Gift Preye Solomon a.k.a GPS. She is a  Nigerian living and doing business in Dubai. Currently a travel consultant. She started off with no job in the UAE and had to exit twice before she finally got a job as a call centre agent. She grew in her career over the years to become a supervisor.

An opportunity came for her to be a delivery rider and she jumped on it.  Unknown to her that this would make her a record breaker as the first and only female delivery rider in the UAE. This singular decision opened her up to numerous opportunities one of which was her being one of the  75 faces of the UAE.

As a Nigerian, she has done us proud and made us realize that nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it and if you believe that you can achieve the unachievable.

The Snap That Strip Me Off My Ego - Stretch Street Podcast with Mike Benzaken

The Snap That Strip Me Off My Ego - Stretch Street Podcast with Mike Benzaken

In this week’s episode, I had a great conversation with Mike Benzaken, Founder and Executive Manager at Citizen Warrior Foundation. He shared with us his journey to who he is today. How an event in his life changed his perception of life and made him more empathetic but not pathologically compassionate. Yea, I also had to ask what the difference what and I was enlightened by his explanation. This episode is packed full of gems, you need to listen intently to catch them.

About Mike Benzaken

Mike Benzaken is the former Chair CEO of an SME Multinational Life  Sciences Company and was instantly attracted to blockchain technology for its prospective applications in funding overseas disaster relief and economic development. Shortly after that, he began the startup Citizen  Warrior, which focused on designing a web 3 decentralized media apparatus, DeCent Media, to reinvigorate integrity in journalism. As a result of his pursuit, Mike had fallen victim to repeated institutional censorship and as a result, Mike sees TradFi, the Corporate Press, certain Regulatory  Bodies and unaccountable Supranationals as an existential threat and impediment to wide-scale human flourishing.

Today, in the wake of multiple lending/custodial platforms filing for  Chapter 11, Mike and his development team have suspended their private equity venture to spearhead multiple initiatives with his nonprofit  Citizen Warrior Foundation. CWF is building partnerships, a private donor network and onboarding volunteers from experts across Legal,  TradFi, Defi, and “Web3” more broadly, in order to educate the public  about the various elements within the so-called “crypto-sphere” and emergent tech more broadly. Currently, CWF is investigating the root cause of the ~$1.5T crypto market drawdown that resulted in the numerous  CeFi platforms restricting their users from withdrawing their deposits and ultimately filing for bankruptcy.

CWF has since ID’ed multiple points of prospective criminality and intend to leverage these events to assist in brokering a Depositors’  First outcome for the victims of what they see as rampant managerial malfeasance and gross neglect of those responsible for ensuring the financial help of the Celsius Network.  Relative to the Corporate Press and in line with CWF’s pursuit of  integrity and accountability in the “crypto-sphere, their brother  company Citizen Warrior, Inc. has launched WarriorCast – “Seeking Truth  in a World Seemingly Gone Mad.” In their podcast, Mike interviews  Industry Leaders throughout emergent tech and rips the nerd out of freedom-safeguarding tech and shoves the resulting goodness down his audiences’ brain-holes.

There’s so much more to the Citizen Warrior Enterprise and ways YOU can personally get involved. You can learn more about the Citizen Warrior  Foundation and WarriorCast / DeCent Media and how to get involved through Citizen Warrior’s LinkTrees, here:

How to maintain connection with your child - TCC with Eddy Smits

How to maintain connection with your child - TCC with Eddy Smits

This episode is special because according to my guest, as parents we think we know what is best for our children but as a matter of fact, we don't. So we need to come to terms with that and work alongside our kids to help them achieve their dreams all the while guiding them rather than controlling them and losing our connection with them.

Eddy Smits is a TEDx speaker, an author a licensed NLP practitioner, a  certified Management Drives trainer and has a bachelor's in Pedagogy.  He was a professional artist for 25 years. He and his team developed and produced several educational programs, 25 theatre plays for children between 3 and 12 years old and a short movie.

As a hospital clown, he visited more than 10.000 sick and palliative children. This led him to transfer into an expert in authentic communication and develop an innovative approach to connecting with children.

As he speaks, he talks about connecting with children authentically and how you can equip them to grow into adults who can face any challenge. Eddy Smits is a TEDx speaker and coach.

Dealing with Trauma - with Coach StephREED - on The Coaching Corner

Dealing with Trauma - with Coach StephREED - on The Coaching Corner

Today’s episode excites me even weeks after recording it because I strongly believe that it is very important in this season as a lot of people are starting to break down and react to the pressure of stacking up traumas from their childhood and a lot are not even aware of what they are dealing with.

It is high time we started to talk about these things and find lasting solutions so that we can help the next generation be better equipped and self-aware individuals are then in a better position to make sound decisions from a healthy place.  We owe it to ourselves and the next generation to do better than our fathers and mothers did.

On this episode of The Coaching Corner, I had a long talk with StephREDD who is an identity and communications coach, who helps people understand their true identity and communicates that identity in the way that they show up. She is an exceptional coach because she coaches from a place of experience having gone through and overcome her own traumas.

This is a two-part session and I know you’d enjoy part 1 as well as part 2. So watch, listen intently and take note of what you can work on in your journey in life. We will be back next week with the concluding part of this episode.

Is it okay to take a break from your passion? TWSI with Tiana Clubb

A lot of young people get stuck in their passion so much they become too afraid of the unknown to step out and live the best of their lives.

In today’s episode of The Woman, Her Story, Her Impact, I had a conversation with Tiana Clubb CEO of Swerve Financial Group, LLC. SFG is a full-service financial firm for small to mid-size businesses, offering financial management solutions in the USA. One of the questions that popped out during this conversation was,  did she regret not following her initial passion for dancing? Is it okay to take a break from your passion? Find out in this episode how she answered the question, and how she scaled through the challenges over 10yrs to get to where she is today.

Ep 103- WHAT IS LEADERSHIP IN RELATIONSHIP – MEN'S PERSPECTIVE

WHAT IS LEADERSHIP IN RELATIONSHIP – MEN'S PERSPECTIVE

We all exist in different forms of relationships as we connect with one another. The way people posture in their relationships determines to a great extent the success of that relationship. In a marriage union, there is an order that must be adhered to for the success of that institution.

Just as in any enterprise, a leader directs the affairs and manages all other factors of production to ensure that the goal and targets are met, so also is the leadership in the home. On this episode of Discovery Tuesday, our guest x-rays the various areas in which leadership must be represented in a home. He also discusses the difference between a leader and a boss and the role that culture and mentorship plays in conflict resolution within a marital union.

In this episode you will understand the role and the posture individuals ought to adopt in fulfilling their respective assignments

Mr. Kingsley Azubike is a Banker with over 15 years experience in Branch Operations and Retail Compliance, he believes in  adhering to Biblical principles and he stressed the need for proper analysis and due diligence in the choice of a partner.

We would appreciate your response so feel free to drop a comment on our Instagram page and also on our YouTube channels. Be safe and keep discovering.

Ep 99 - How I survived a toxic marriage - TWSI with Lubna

Ep 99 - How I survived a toxic marriage - TWSI with Lubna

Today’s episode is very a touchy one, I struggled to keep my eyes dry as my guest Lubna shared her ordeal as a domestic violence victim.

What  I admired most about her is her courage to even come out and share. I  had to ask her several times if she was okay sharing and her response was in the affirmative I am so glad that she found the light and was able to get out before it was too late.

Today she is the proud author of a cookbook, something she finds pleasure in doing even while the odds were against her.

In her words “It’s okay to go forward and reach out to people… it’s not easy but hard is blessing… Your past will never leave you but your past  should never hunt you”

So this episode is dedicated to every woman out there going through a hard time in their marriage and covering up with make-up what they are afraid to let the rest of the world know.  Don’t be silent, speak out, you can get out before it’s too late.

My hope is that you find the strength and courage to step out of every toxic and unhealthy relationship you find yourself in.

WHAT MEN IN RELATIONSHIP WANT FROM THEIR WOMEN

WHAT MEN IN RELATIONSHIP WANT FROM THEIR WOMEN

Research shows that men and women are not very different in their wants and needs, but often time men are not always as obvious about it; at least not so much as the women folk. That notwithstanding, they have real needs that must be taken into cognizance.

In this episode, you will discover; the right environment that a man needs to thrive; how men communicate their displeasure and the usual responses to anticipate when their needs are not met.

Our guest takes us on an arduous journey revealing through a typical case in scenario how self discovery is an essential factor in choosing a spouse who is capable of meeting your unique needs as a man.

Even though every man is unique in his own way, certain needs are sacrosanct and non-negotiable among the men folk. These and many more salient truths our guest did share in this exciting episode.

Mr. Chinedu Ifechelobi is a Business consultant, serial entrepreneur and Public speaker. He holds a certificate on Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from Harvard Business School, husband of one wife and father of three awesome daughters.

Ep 95 - DO YOU HAVE A PLAN? - TWSI with Comfort Babatunde Prt 2

Ep 95 - DO YOU HAVE A PLAN? - TWSI with Comfort Babatunde Prt 2

We started off this conversation last week and I could not wait to share the concluding part with you just as you could not wait to know what happened with Comfort’s debt.

In this second part, if there is one message to take away it is to ask yourself this question. DO YOU HAVE A PLAN? Or are you just letting life dictate to you what each day would look like?

Comfort knew what she wanted and she didn’t settle for less. She also didn’t allow her circumstances at the time to defineInstagramher, but rather she remain laser-focused on the goal and followed through with her plan to achieve her goal.

As you watch, do well to re-evaluate your plans if you have one and if you don’t, then it is time to sit down and thoughtfully and prayerfully draw one up. Because in the end, it is the grace and blessing of God that adds the icing on the cake.

Ep 94 - FROM HOUSEKEEPING TO OWNING MULTIPLE BUSINESSES in 60months.

Ep 94 - FROM HOUSEKEEPING TO OWNING MULTIPLE BUSINESSES in 60months.

If Resilience were a person it would be Babatunde Comfort, CEO of By  Comfort General Trading.

Her story is compelling and would challenge you to hold on to what you know is possible even in the face of opposition.

This is part one of two as this story needs to be told in detail so that you can be genuinely inspired because that was precisely how I felt after recording this episode with Comfort. I hope that as you watch, something is stirred within you to realign your focus, to never settle for less but give all it takes to get to your goals.

Let me know in the comments one thing that jumped at you from this story and let me know if you are looking forward to part two.
