Father Mariusz welcomes you to a new series, "Rediscovering Christianity." This week, he presents "The Bible—God's Word Addressed to Me." 

In this weeks homily, Fr. Mariusz asks the question, whom will I serve? Everyone serves someone or something. Are you going to follow God or someone or something else?

On the Feast of the Assumption, Deacon Daniel discusses how the Blessed Mother's "yes" changed history forever. Mary's greatness lies in the fact that she was humbled before God and surrenders herself entirely to God. May the Blessed Mother intercede for us as we strive to imitate her and give more of ourselves to God every single day.

Rev. Carlton Beever speaks about a ministry providing direct relief to the poor throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. He shares his personal witness about Food for The Poor's mission to care for the destitute as a means of living out the Gospel mandate to love one another.

Have you ever had the desire to change but lacked the motivation to begin? Maybe you struggle with an addiction, have formed a bad habit, or long to achieve a specific goal. This week, Fr. Aleksander reminds us that it is never too late to begin again. God comes to motivate us and invites us to abandon our daily struggles on the altar. 

How often do you catch yourself saying, "I only have a little.", "My faith is weak.", "My love is limited.", "How can I make Jesus present to the people around me?"....Fr. Mariusz reminds us that Jesus cares not only for our spiritual needs but also for our most basic humans needs. He desires to feed the people. Jesus knows we have little to give, but if we take the little we have and bring it to Him, He will transform it.
