The suburb is considered a high needs area in Porirua.  He was appointed as the Medical Director of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioner and was recently awarded with The New Zealand Order of Merit for his contributions to medical practice. In this episode, Bryan talked about medications and prescriptions for ADHD and how the special authority helps in reducing/eliminating the waiting time between dosage reviews.  It was also emphasized during the discussion the importance of being honest with your GP if there are issues.
