Professional Fishing Guide Dylan Goreman talks about fishing for Rock Fish (Bottom Fish) off the Oregon coast during the Winter months.   Dylan and his clients catch Ling Cod and Black Sea Bass out of the ports of Newport and Depo Bay depending on weather and water conditions.

Rock fishing is very exciting and when you find the right spot or school of fish the action can be non stop.   There have been many times were Dylan has 4 to 5 fishermen hooked up and fighting fish all at the same time.  This keeps everyone on board busy fighting fish, netting fish, re baiting hooks, etc.   

Ling Cod are the prize of the day with fish from 5 pounds to 20  pounds or more.  These ugly fish have some of the most delicate and delicious meat you have ever eaten.  Maybe prefer eating Ling Cod over Salmon or Halibut.

Steve Kolnik is an avid fisherman turned Fishing Guide in Pennsylvania.   Steve grew up fishing the Lehigh River as a kid and his passion grew from there.  Spending countless days fishing the LeHigh River,  Steve most likely knows the river better than almost anyone.   He regularly catches Trophy Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout and Smallmouth Bass.

Yes, the Columbia River has a lot of Walleye in its majestic waters .... so many that there is an entire industry being built around fishing for them.  Fishermen are coming from all over the world to fish the Columbia for Trophy Walleye and there continues to be speculation that the next World Record Walleye will come from its waters.

Hunting Florida Alligators is the passion of Greg and Bill Jackson.  This father and son team has been guiding Alligator hunts in Florida since Alligators were removed from the endangered species list in the mid 1980's.   Their hunters can harvest Alligators in many different ways including, rifle, bow and even fishing rod .... yes I said fishing rod.

When you are looking for a remote Alaskan experience one of the things you don't normally hear is "easily accessible".    Yakutat is at the very northern end of what is known as SE Alaska.   There are no roads going in and out of Yakutat and the only ways in are by boat and plane.   In Alaska the first thing you think about when someone says plane is a float plane.     Yakutat is actually served by Alaskan Airlines which drops in a commercial plane twice a day.   If you plan it right you can leave San Francisco or LAX in the early morning and be fishing in Yakutat by noon.
