This is a class which includes headstand, please remember: You should not be practicing headstand if you are pregnant, menstruating, have high or low blood pressure or are neck injured. Do dolphin as mentioned where the head is off the mat.

70 minute fun flow
A sweaty flow to make you glow.

65 minute fun flow
This flow has a few more challenging poses but will still keep you connected to your body and your breath.

75 minute flow
This class is about simple poses and simple sequencing to build a sweat and keep you going. In this simplicity you will find strength and steadiness.

30 minute Restorative Class
This is a juicy 30 minute practice to release all that tension without out all of the time.
