God has given us much more information about the real Heaven than people imagine. Jesus said that the Kingdom of Heaven is infinitely more precious than any riches this world might have to offer.  In it is Eternal Life.  That doesn't mean just living forever. Do you believe in Heaven?  Most people do.  But what is Heaven like and how do you get there? A Great Race is going on and the finish line is just outside this world.  Are you running in it?

What is a peacemaker?  What does a peacemaker do and how do you become one?   In a world filled with with hate and war, peacemaking can bring both great joy and great danger.

In 2012 an important book was published that has influenced many people.  It was entitled Proof of Heaven: A Neurosurgeon's Journey Into the Afterlife.  The author was Eben Alexander, M.D.  The experience he describes is startling and amazing.  But we need to ask an important question.  Was the vision true?

During their hard training, the U.S. Navy SEALs have a motto, "The only easy day was yesterday."  Walking through this world feels like that sometimes.  This episode continues to look at  principles that are vital to Jesus' servant warriors. 

A leading psychiatrist once said that if everyone in a mental institution would truly learn to forgive, over half the patients could be discharged tomorrow. But people refuse to forgive.  Instead, they prefer to hang on to death.

There is no forgiveness without sacrifice.

Many of  the strongest people aren't strong enough to do it. They fear it because it can break them. But if you never do it, you will be broken.

The very concept of mercy has been lost in America and the Western World.  That isn't just a moral tragedy, it is very dangerous because how we show mercy to others is the way it will be shown to us.  It's time to take a serious look at what mercy really means.  

What is it that you desire more than anything else?  What is the focus of your imagination?  Maybe you've forgotten something that you deeply desired once.  It's been lost over many years and through many sorrows.  Maybe it's time to ask some important questions. 

What is power?  What does it mean?  Who controls it?  What does the Power of Heaven look like?  And how can it be ours?

We live in a world of walking wounded, a planet full of broken hearts. We may cover it well, but hidden where no one can see there is pain and sorrow.  Creative people feel it intensely.  How are we to deal with it? There is a way.

Hate, rage, bitterness and self-pity are destroying many people. We are in a war and it is a spiritual war.  As a Warrior of the Spirit, how do you stand against the diseases of darkness that are overwhelming the world?  Discover the Mystery of Makarios.

The Powers of Darkness love to promise that if you follow their path you will have pleasure, status and wealth.  But where they lead is to rejection, misery and eternal poverty of soul.  The key to true wealth is to become Heaven's Beggar.

Do you get the feeling that everything is getting stranger and stranger?  Many people, and not necessarily religious people, have the sense that Darkness is descending on the world.  Are you ready to meet the future?

Are you just a skin bag of meat and blood and bone?  What is the meaning of your life?  What will live on after you die?  Will you be only a vague warm memory in the minds of your loved ones?  Are you searching for more than that?  Are you creative?  Are you an artist?  What does it mean to be a creative, spiritual warrior? How do you find that path? 

America has turned a corner.  Wherever we are going now, we aren't going back.  How have we gotten to this place?  What is it that we have lost?  What do we need to find? We are in strange days and they are going to get much stranger.  Are you ready?  Do you know how to get ready?

Out of the distant past in ancient Babylon comes a frightening view of humanity.  That view has influenced all the centuries since.  It is found in a strange creation myth.  What  is that view  and could  it be correct?  Standing across from it is a powerful, opposing view. In the past are the seeds of the future. And the old gods rise again.

Have you ever heard of the Normalcy Bias?  If you haven't, it's time you learned about it.  In days of darkness, the Normalcy Bias can kill you. It's time to have our eyes open, to see clearly and understand what's really happening.  Most people refuse to do this and suffer the consequences.    

It's time to clean up your life.  Things are not going to get any easier.  There is a lot of reason to believe that Navy SEAL motto, The Only Easy Day was Yesterday. So prepare for what lies ahead, both in your life and the world.  It doesn't matter what kind of preparations you make for what's coming if you haven't taken care of the most important area.  Preparations mean nothing if your spirit isn't  ready to meet the King. 

Most of the time, the choice we make at a fork in the road of life determines our entire future. At various times, all of us have chosen wrong directions.  Looking back, the choice we should have made is much clearer.  It took years for me to understand that Someone was waiting to guide me at each fork in the road. I didn't understand because I  didn't want to understand.  I  was certain that I knew the right way to go.  I was wrong.

Where does real  spiritual warfare occur?  Not in front of crowds.  Though we don't search for them, we can expect dangerous battles to come to us.  And they always take us to the end of our resources.  The days are getting very dark, my friends.  Many people are preparing for physical calamities,  but on the most important level they remain unprepared.  Preparation for what is to come needs to take place in your soul and spirit.  As I have said, I am beginning this podcast with a series of talks that I gave several years ago.  They are intended to build step by step on each other. When these foundational talks are completed, we will be ready to approach strange subjects that have only been introduced in the initial episodes.  Every episode of this podcast is meant to strengthen and prepare you to be a faithful and courageous servant of Jesus Christ.
