008 / Social Detox

Last month I took a break from social media, which meant everything that has a feed. I noticed that my screen time was super high, I reached for my phone constantly whenever there was a pause. ie: public transit, waiting in line or even a lull in conversation. The worst part was, I wasn't even doing it on purpose. All out of habit. I recorded this episode with my girlfriend Taryn to shed some light on the process, why it was important to me and how it changed my habits throughout the month. 10/10 would encourage anyone to do it, even if you think you don't have a problem.
