The Good Work - Part 1
Each one of us has a good work to do. We may not see it yet, but it’s often right there in front of our eyes. For Nehemiah, it was a crumbled wall. For you, it could be an injustice in the world, or a need you see what no one else does. During this series, we will learn how Nehemiah responded to his own calling and learn how we can change our own world just by leaning into the unique calling that God has put in front of each of us.
This series will take a closer look at the good work God called Nehemiah to do and show us how his story can be an example in our own lives. God has called us all to a good work in our world, in our neighborhood, or in our family. This series will challenge us to find our purpose, understand our opposition, and give us the tools and encouragement to live out our calling.

Mother's Day 2023
Happy Mother's Day! We literally wouldn't be here if it were for you moms.

Things Jesus Never Said - Part 3: You Won't Have Bad Days
These days it’s easy to see life the way we want to. We can filter our images, pick the news we want to hear, and listen only to the viewpoints that agree with us. When we do that, we start to distort our view of the world. The same thing can happen to our view of God. We reshape our perception of Him into what we want to believe, or what we want to think about others. Jesus came to bring us the truth about God and His plan for us, and it doesn’t always sound like what you may think. This series cuts through the noise of the world’s perceptions of Jesus and what it means to follow Him, in ways that may be surprising to some people. It plays off the idea of memes as jokes, rhetorical devices, and sources of misinformation to debunk popular misconceptions and bring clear truth.

New Year, New You - Part 6
Every year we set new goals: To change the past, try something new, or do something different. But if we’re honest, the new year can start to sound like a broken record. You wanna lose weight, save money, get organized. We think if we can just work harder, make it better, do it faster…we’ll be stronger. But maybe we’re trying to change the wrong thing.

Daring Faith - Commitment Sunday
You are made by God for a big purpose. You don’t have to settle for safe, ordinary, or run-of-the-mill; you are made for more; you are made to live a life of daring faith.
Living a life of daring faith requires taking risk. It requires the courage to step up and face obstacles, and face the unknown. It might be easier to stay in your comfort zone, but when you bravely step out to where God has called you, history is made and lives are changed forever. You must be bold and daring to live an extraordinary life of faith. Join us as we talk about Daring Faith, and learn what it means to have a bold, unshakable faith that gives you the courage to impact the world around you.

New Year, New You - Forget not the benefits
Every year we set new goals, change the past, try something new, do something different. If we’re honest, the new year can start to sound like a broken record. We want to lose weight, save money, and get organized. We think if we can just work it harder, make it better, and do it faster then we will be stronger. BUT maybe we are trying to change the wrong thing because the common denominator of every part of your life is YOU. So what if this year wasn’t about what you’ve done, haven’t done, or will do? But rather who you are…

For 30 years, Dave Stone preached at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky. During his 13 years as Senior Pastor, the weekend attendance grew from 17,000 at one campus to 27,000 at seven campuses.

Outsourced: Caleb Kaltenbach
Caleb Kaltenbach is a pastor and founder of The Messy Grace Group. Sometimes, grace gets messy... Caleb Kaltenbach was raised by LGBTQ parents, marched in gay pride parades as a youngster, and experienced firsthand the hatred and bitterness of some Christians toward his family.
But then Caleb surprised everyone, including himself, by becoming a Christian…and a pastor.
Very few issues in Christianity are as divisive as the acceptance of the LGBT community in the church. As a pastor and as a person with beloved family members living a gay lifestyle, Caleb had to face this issue with courage and grace.
Messy Grace shows us that Jesus’s command to “love your neighbor as yourself” doesn’t have an exception clause for a gay “neighbor”—or for that matter, any other “neighbor” we might find it hard to relate to. Jesus was able to love these people and yet still hold on to his beliefs. So can you. Even when it’s messy.

New You, New Purpose - To be Faithful with what you have (Week 3)
At the beginning of the year we started talking your relationship with God; because that's where it all starts. But then after you kind of get to know God and you start a relationship with him, the next thing that should start to happen is that you start growing. Growth looks like becoming more like Christ. He saved you for something. There's an action. There’s a purpose. There's a living out that purpose. So we want to talk about how that works.

New You, New Purpose - At work (Week 3)
What's the meaning of work, why do we work, why do we spend so much time working? What's underneath of this? And so what I want to attempt to do today is to give all of us a proper theology of work, a proper understanding of the biblical view of work,

New You, New Purpose - As a believer (Week 2)
God's purpose for your life is multiplication, the very first command that God gives in scripture is be fruitful and multiply. That command applies to us and it's more than just physically multiplying. God wants us to to multiply spiritually, to have spiritual sons and spiritual daughters, that the impact of our lives would spill over into the lives of other people. But my fear. Is that too many of us are living isolated, kind of Christian lives are the impact of our Christianity.

New You, New Purpose - As Part of The Next Generation (Week 1)
What I want you to see is that you have a purpose later in life. You have a very real purpose. You probably won't discover your purpose until you've lived a while. It takes a while to figure out what that purpose is. But can I tell you this? It's not your occupation. You may set aside an occupation, but you never set aside your purpose. Do you know that your purpose is the calling on your life that comes from God and cannot tell you that you have a calling? Whether you ever enter into full time ministry, not full time ministry isn't necessary for you to have a calling. I think God calls farmers. I think God calls Mechanics'. I didn't like to when I was a teenager. I hated farming, hated being in the country, didn't want to live in the country. It's funny how you change when you're older.

We want to lose weight, save money, get organized. We think if we can just working harder, make it better, do it faster, we'll be stronger. But maybe we're trying to change the wrong thing because the common denominator of every part of your life is you. Yeah, you've got 99 problems and you're a part of everyone. So what if this year wasn't about what you've done, haven't done or will do, but rather who you are?
