Death

Death

In this episode, I talk about Death and how confronting the truth that I will die started my journey to living a happier life. The idea to not avoid talking about death and embrace its eventuality in my day to day was first presented to me in the book ''When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi'' which I talk about in this episode.  Just one more question have you ever thought about how you would spend your time if you knew the day you would die?

Lady In Waiting

Lady In Waiting

There are just some things I find rather irksome and the idea behind Lady in Waiting is one of them. If you've seen Bridgerton you'll know what I'm talking about. The idea that a woman is not complete until she gets married until she "settles down''. Another phrase I detest. Enjoy!  Books Mentioned in this episode  1. The rest of the Story by Sarah Dessen 2. Maybe you should talk by Lori Gottlieb 3. Modern Romance: An Investigation by Aziz Ansari and Eric Klinenberg
