In 2018, Angelica Alen was diagnosed with Stage 3 bowel cancer, she ended up having emergency surgery and 12 sessions of chemotherapy. Angelica made a decision to change all of my physical and emotional habits in the process and finished chemotherapy feeling stronger than she started.
