Are you feeling the depth of the pressure? Are you feeling the magnitude of the invitation of the moment? If you are feeling it and wondering how to walk through this with grace, this episode is for you.

So how do we do this? How do we walk through this time in a way that leads us towards that greater beauty and actually initiates us? Two critical tools I have identified are beauty and joy. "Beauty Feeds the Soul" is a central principle in my own life, and as we have entered into the dark night of a soul as a species, we need that nourishment more than ever. How can you bring more beauty to life in the moments of your days? Joy is essential to being able to maintain our presence and sustain the depth of intensity that this time demands of us. How do we bring more joy to life inside of ourselves regardless of our circumstances?
