Now living in Orlando, new father Shad and the crew talk through his journey to launching his non-profit, his thoughts on saving and budgeting, and how his goal to change the narrative around finances within the Black community motivates him everyday. 

For Episode 10 our guest is Cali-based Author, Motivational Speaker, and Entrepreneur: Sunni T. Connor. We chat through her DMV origins, what motivates her, and how she used her words to jump start her journey into having the freedom to live her life to the fullest. 

Gi, Taaj, and Manny get to sit down with Recording Artist/Rapper Cameron Butler AKA UFO Baby. The group talks about his journey to finding music, his recent performances including the very first 4321 with TBV, and his 4.20 project: FLOATING BY THE BRIDGE EP. 

Gi and Taaj sit down with artist, entrepreneur, and world travel Brandon, who is the man behind ABlackTV. The show covers what it's like traveling the world solo, living life on your own terms, and how he ended up in rooms with some of the biggest names in entertainment. 

For Episode Lucky Number 7 we invited one of our favorite Entrepreneurs (whom we do business with regularly) who truly defines his success from the work he puts in. We had a pleasure catching up with Deston Thronton aka Destontobegreat, a true Serial Entrepreneur who shows no signs of stopping his grind any time soon. 

We chat about how he started his businesses, the challenges and realities of being an entrepreneur. and what he likes to do outside of managing his companies. 

For Episode 6 we invited the highly in-demand, vibe inducing, soul touching artist, the one and only: Makeda Iroquois. 

Makeda talks about connecting with GI via a live performance, being an up and coming artist in NYC, moving back to Charlotte and what is has been like tapping into your creative bone since a young age in a front of a live interactive audience. 

We were more than ecstatic to welcome Christian Wilson, the man behind PEO Productions which stands for “Positive Energy Only.” We talk to Christian about the rise of his photography/videography career, the other hats he wears in life, and finally what his philosophy on success is. This also marked the first interview under our partnership with Airtime, a non algorithm live social app where we recorded the interview. 

For a few select episodes this season we got to set up our interview at our guest’s choice of location. For episode four, we tapped in with Iesha, Owner of The Zen Room right here in Charlotte. Gi and Iesha talk about jumping into entrepreneurship, being a woman in business, and what such a busy woman like her does for fun!

SZN III continues this week with a long overdue guest! After working with this talented entrepreneur on several pop ups over the last two years, we finally got her to come by the show. Hit play and listen to what healer, business woman, and poet Fee has to say.
