Matt shares about his career starting out at Whole Foods, making his way into graphic design/art and creative direction and then jumping into photography through his food blog with husband/food stylist Adam Pearson. Matt is an amazing Zumba instructor who took to Zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic and brought people together from around the US, through dance and joy-filled-connection, when everyone needed it the most. Armendariz has photographed many celebrities for their cookbooks including: Tia Mowry, Eva Longoria, What's Gaby Cooking's Gaby Dalkin, Leila Ali, Fabio Viviani and Tabitha Brown to name a few. His energy both on and off his photo-sets is palpable and joyful, you can tell he loves what he does and the people around him.
