Charlotte is a Korean-American media exec and producer who founded Hulu Originals and has produced Emmy-nominated scripted and unscripted television, Oscar-nominated feature films, digital/social video, and audio storytelling at companies such as Hello Sunshine, Marvel, GoPro, HuffPost, and Fox Searchlight.

09. SUJATA DAY
Sujata is a writer, director, actor and producer. She appeared with Issa Rae on the web series 'Awkward Black Girl' and later on 'Insecure'. She directs 'This Is My Story', a series in which beloved storyteller LeVar Burton narrates real life personal experiences of everyday racism. Sujata's debut award-winning feature film, Definition Please, is currently touring the film festival circuit.

08. GRACE EDWARDS
Grace is a writer who has worked on such shows as 'Insecure', 'Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt' and 'Inside Amy Schumer'. She is the creator and showrunner of the upcoming 'Daria' spinoff series called 'Jodie' which will be voiced by Tracee Ellis Ross.

07. ANDREW TI
Andrew is a writer who was worked on 'Mixed-ish', 'Robot Chicken' and 'Problematic with Moshe Kasher'. He is also the host of the popular podcast 'Yo, Is This Racist?' with Tawny Newsome.

06. CHRISTINA LEE
Christina is a writer and showrunner. She is currently showrunning HBOMax’s upcoming series 'Made for Love'. She has worked on Search Party, Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp and Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later. Previously, she was an executive at Comedy Central and MTV. She is also the co-host of this podcast, duh.

05. PRIYANKA MATTOO
Priyanka is a writer and producer. She was formerly an agent at UTA and WME, as well as Jack Black’s partner at their production company, Electric Dynamite. Priyanka is the co-founder of EARIOS, a women-led podcast network, and her writing has appeared in The New Yorker, The New York Times and Vulture.

04. TAZBAH ROSE CHAVEZ
Tazbah is a writer, director and performance poet. She's written on 'Rutherford Falls', 'Resident Alien' and 'Reservation Dogs'. She recently wrote and directed a short film 'Your Name Isn't English', which was executive-produced by her mentor Taika Waititi.

03. MONICA MACER
Monica is the showrunner of 'MacGyver', 'Gentefied' and 'Queen Sugar'. She has also written for 'Nashville', 'Deception', 'Teen Wolf', 'Prison Break' and 'Lost'. We talk to Monica about whether diversity programs 'work' and the alter ego she created to deal with an abusive boss.

02. PUNAM PATEL
Punam is an actress who has appeared on Netflix's 'Special', 'Kevin from Work', 'Alone Together', 'Adam Ruins Everything' and 'Space Force'. We talk about her start at The Second City in Chicago, being in the 2015 CBS Diversity Showcase and being tired of being the only person of color on so many sets.

01. JORDAN CARLOS
Jordan is a stand-up comedian, actor and TV writer. He has written for BET's 'First Wives Club', 'The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore' and HBO's 'Divorce'. Jordan shares his experience of being a 'diversity hire' and tells us why acting the part of Stephen Colbert's 'black writer' on 'The Colbert Report' made him feel tokenized.
