This one is for the single adults.  While pursuing purpose, goals and dreams, we can often stumble in maintaining our purity along the way. The goal of purity isn't just about us not having sex or satisfying our sexual desires, but it's about us creating a new rhythm for our bloodlines that eliminates the perversion, lust and sin many of us were exposed to. God isn't mad at us when we stumble in this area, but He wants us to recognize that there is a measure of faith and commitment needed to conquer this area once and for all.  This is the final episode and final season of The Goal Files. As parents, you don't have to shove The Gospel down your child's throat, if: 1) You're living what you're preaching;  2) You give them Christ in a way that they can understand Him and the Word; and, 3) You lead them to resources that help them draw closer to God (even if that resource doesn't appeal to you) Strategies for Teen Girls: 4) Shield of Faith - Having your shield of faith in place is one of the greatest ways to fight the enemy 5) Helmet of Salvation - Salvation is the first line of defense in protecting you against the enemies lies, but salvation is so much more than just “I’m saved”. In this episode, I discuss three different experiences in my life that made me realize the importance of filling my empty spaces with God and only God.  Key points:  Voids are inevitable. In the second episode of season 2, I keep the momentum going by discussing how hard it is to pursue the dream God places in your heart when it starts to look like a nightmare.  I discuss what a God-given dream is and break down a little of Joseph's story (Genesis 37-50) and anchor the episode in Genesis 50:20. While the show may have it's place in society, being "insecure" is a very real thing for many of our daughters and young women. Insecurities can plague our lives to the point where we feel we can't be used by God due to some imperfection or insufficiency that we think we have.  It can also cause us to look to our right and left before making a move, something God never intended for any of us to do.
