To the Brothers,  

Men who suffer from Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation often do so in silence when they don't have to. If you're a man dealing with these health issues, it doesn't make you any less of a man, and it is treatable in most cases. So, all hope is not lost.  

Millions of men deal with this health issue so you are not alone, whoever you are out there. Part of what contributes to these issues is the anxiety that comes with keeping them hidden and not openly talking about them.

In this Levels of Love episode, I wanted to encourage men to start having honest conversations about these issues, and I wanted to give the fellas some tips on how they can overcome ED and PE.

Believe me when I say, it isn't rocket science. The problem is though, far too many of us treat women as if they're these otherworldly, holier-than-thou, super sacred creatures when we approach them to tell them we're feeling them, rather than approaching them in a way that's appropriate for what they really are--friggin' beings.

"Convenience" does not translate to "quality."  While online dating provides us with a method of convenience when it comes to getting to know potential mates, does this process facilitate the kind of quality interactions necessary to build a genuine and healthy connection with someone? In this day and age, if one practices forgiveness on a consistent basis, it is seen as weak, submissive, and opening one's self up for more heartache.  Many feel that forgiveness translates to just letting people walk all over you.
