You are a playful anomaly…how can you be so childlike and so mature at the same fucking time?!
You get angry, upset, jealous, feisty and sometimes even sadist. And I LOVE it. You hit send when it’s still sloppy, wear the wrong shoes and colors in the wrong seasons, moan when you “should” be quiet and drown yourself in silence when asked to voice.
I give you Permission to LET ME DOWN. Ha! As if that’s possible. But I know you needed me to say it.
Torture yourself all you want. Suffer even. NO part of you is bad or wrong. I gotchu you heart-forward insanely beautiful unique blend of masculine and feminine.
THIS is what it feels like to have someone on your side. Protecting you. Honoring you. Validating you. Cheering you on. And you NEVER have to claim the voices that don’t.

Psychedelic ceremony prep
This episode NOT about your dieta before Ceremony. This IS about how to make sure you're in a safe situation when doing Psychedelic medicine. Questions to ask, things to look for and keep in mind. Even if all things check out initially, if you get to a medicine ceremony and your gut is SCREEAAMMING at you to leave, you might wanna listen to that gut scream, better safe than sorry. Another thing as a safety measure, make positive that someone on the planet, outside of said ceremony, knows where you are at and has a number for where you are at, not your cell number, an actual land line telephone number. give that person a projected ETA for the beginning of the ceremony and also when you are expected back at your permanent residence. That way should you fall off the planet, someone is aware.
Plant medicine can be a life saver on many levels, it is ultimately your responsibility to research. Be safe out there kids!!
