"I want to stop feeling fat and unhealthy." This is what I hear from clients often. What they don't expect to hear is that the resolution can be immediate even though they often think it will take much time and a lot of work to resolve their state of "fat and unhealthy."

The more consistently they change their mindset, the more their behaviors align with their desired outcome.

You see, you can't exercise till you drop, eat #veganuary, journal because you're told to, restrict your favorite things, or change anything from anything less than "love" as your driving force.
.
From ***already*** loving yourself so much, you eat healthy and delicious foods.
.
From so much gratitude for it, as it is today, you move your vessel (your body) in healthy ways consistently.
.
From the emotions you'll feel once you reach "this goal," you visualize already having completed it.
.
Rather than focusing on all that you "don't want any longer" or "don't have but really want" - feel, think, speak, and act from the place of already being there.

A Lesson on Forgiveness
Whether this story describes an actual event or not is unknown. However the lesson it teaches is tremendously beautiful and important. In essence, the story reminds us that nobody is perfect, and everyone is continuously changing and progressing in their journey of spiritual growth. Therefore we should not be quick to judge others and take things personally, but realize where they are coming from and handle them with a compassionate attitude no matter if they have treated us badly in the past.
