I've titled today's episode "Pick Your Path, Not Your Poison" because I really want to emphasize the importance of paving your own path to better health, rather than trying to do what works for other people. We often look to the past or to someone else who has successfully lost weight and try to adopt the methods that led to their success, even if those methods don't work for us.
