I want to look back on today a year from now and know there's nothing else I could have done to make today better. I want to align my now with my future.

Today I mention Acceptance and Commitment therapy again. The quote I was thinking of was from the ineffable Audre Lorde: “Guilt is not a response to anger; it is a response to one's own actions or lack of action. If it leads to change then it can be useful, since it is then no longer guilt but the beginning of knowledge."
