Their achievements were recognized by Inc. magazine, which listed them as one of the fastest-growing companies nine times in a span of 20 years. One of the factors contributing to their success was the strategic planning process that Brad introduced and diligently followed. This led him to become involved in succession planning, a crucial aspect of his work.
