She was short-tempered and angry. which isn't who she wanted to be. Not for her husband and not for her children. But the great thing is she was completely aware of this so she had the ability to address it.
She discovered a system that helped her harness her emotions and work with them instead of against them. Today, she shares this system with you.

Graeme is an ex-British Paratrooper who not only served in Northern
Ireland and the Gulf, but also spent four years in Bosnia during the war, as an Aid Worker. Here, he also co-filmed the award-winning documentary, ‘Miss Sarajevo’, with his good friend Bill Carter.
After working in Africa as an Overland Expedition Leader, he then spent five years as a Paramedic on the streets of Britain.

In 2010 Tristan suffered a nervous breakdown and ended up seeking treatment for severe anxiety and depression. He went from being broke to having a thriving coaching business. You could either get counselling, personal training or nutrition but what Tristan offers is a complete hybrid. Tristan spent years studying to a level where he was getting incredible results for himself that people started asking him how he got his amazing results and so he started helping others to do the same and built out his coaching business. He continues to get clients through referrals. He wanted to offer people the bigger picture and cater for both their physical and emotional well-being and work on the whole as a holistic approach. As well as this, he is relatable, fun and shares vulnerability; showing people they don ’t need to have all the answers but offer solution based help - not in theory but in practice.
