On the final day of the module 65 leaders were awarded their certificates for having successfully completed the ALP in a ceremony that took place in the Aula Magna , an impressive auditorium in the heart of their campus nestled in the hills overlooking Barcelona. Timoney’s president and one of its founders John Killeen congratulated the participants on their achievement especially during the challenging times of the pandemic and asked them to support the institute in our efforts to achieve a parity of participation by women leaders in future programmes. IESE’s associate dean Marc Badia also congratulated the participants and shared some ideas on the importance of leaders having a spirit of service mindset, which is very much at the core of the mission of both IESE and TImoney.
