Jim and Rizzle sit down for the first time in 6 months to catch everyone up on the latest ongoings with nft42.  This includes updates on the upcoming Avastars replicant tokens that every Avastars holder should be aware of, as well as all of the other projects that fall under the nft42 umbrella.  This includes InfiNFT, TokenSmart, and the Metalympics just to name a few.  Jim also gives people a sneak peek of what is to come for future iterations of all of these projects, and the pivot is in full swing due to the insane Eth gas prices.

After wrapping up an epic week in #Pranksyland the team has the pedal to the medal with two totally unique WIPs ahead this week.  The recent introduction of WIP coin has presented a significant amount of options to reward the community, and the crew has wasted no time sourcing artists and contributors to start the creation process.  At this point the WIP is expanding at such a rate that the crew could not be successful without the ongoing support of the amazing community that has sprung up around it.

All sites set on the main event in #Pranksyland 8/25 at 6pm ET.  Rizzle and Matthew discuss all of the hype and what to expect from the first of a 3 part event that will correspond with auctions for the parcels.  All of this occurs on the heels of another successful Asia Pacific WIP meetup, as well as the steady pulse of the weekly WIP.  Matthew also drops a vague hint of a massive launch that will soon be unleashed on the WIP family and our loyal fans.

Rizzle, Matthew, and Trislit recap the last week's tremendously successful WIP meetup and drop the news about the creation of the Metalympics - a cross-dimensional competition with a series of weekly qualifying events leading up to the main event.  There are a lot of fun details to plan and coordinate, and a call is made for the listeners to contribute with their skills and ideas. One thing that is for certain is that TokenSmart has hired Voxel Architects -  the premier building team of the metaverse - to create an absolutely massive 21 parcel Metalympic build for this event.

Rizzle sits down with John Crain, Charles Crain, and Jon Perkins to discuss the background of their family business SuperRare.  The group talks about the moments that it all came together, the lessons learned along the way, and spitball about outlandish scenarios.  This is a fun episode that gives listeners a peek into the lives and philosophies of the people behind this revolutionary company.  It contains tremendous nuggets of big-picture wisdom, surrounded by one too many mustache jokes.

Rizzle, Trislit and Matthew return from their break to drop the first episode of Season 2.  A lot has changed since they started recording these podcasts and the WIP has gone from an exercise in technical support and damage control, to high demand well-polished metaverse events that show no signs of slowing down.  This was a great episode for the crew to circle back together and speculate how to best utilize all of the assets moving forward while delivering the best and most fun experience for everyone at our events.

Rizzle, Trislit, and Matthew sit down for their weekly recap of another successful WIP experience/experiment featuring our first field trip into Mozilla Hubs.  Everyone seemed to be prepared for the worst, but after coming out unscathed and on top we collectively set our sights on a huge upcoming WhaleShark Sponsored WIP.  Towards the end of the podcast Matthew takes the WIP vision 10 steps further with a not-so-far-off vision of where we can take this project with his new fan fiction, "The World Wide WIP."

Rizzle sits down with EZ to talk about his background and how he became such a prominent figure in #NFTland.  EZ is pervasive in this space, whether it is through his community endeavors, artwork, podcasts, or all-around presence at every prominent event humanly possible to attend.  This was a fascinating glimpse into the current life of EZ including thoughts on where he wants to take all this momentum.

Rizzle, Matthew, and Trislit recap the pros and cons of last week's incredibly fun and unique WIP experience at the MarbleCards parcel.  Not only has the WIP squad expanded significantly over the course of the past few weeks, they have also progressed in many ways including new builds, capabilities, and the first fully sponsored WIP at AlottaMoney's Voxel Hotel.  As the WIP events continue to grow cross-platform more people have reached out to participate in their own way, especially now that there are a significant amount of eyeballs on this evolving phenomenon.

Rizzle, Matthew, and Trislit recount the success of InfiNFT launch and the controversy that ensued.  As our events continue to grow and we have more people reaching out to us for custom events, we realize that we have some very basic branding issues. We kick around a lot of ideas for paths forward, and a $whale offer is extended to any audience members who are able to contribute their skills or ideas to our projects.

Alt title: Turning Garbage into Gold.  Matthew, Trislit and Rizzle rehash the near catastrophe of this week's WIP event leading into N0Shot's shoe launch.  What started with CryptoVoxels crashing and our entire setup being inaccessible turned into an amazing pivot by the WIP Squad into one of our most memorable events yet, and helped deliver a massive shoe launch for N0Shot.  As our team continues to receive an outpouring of support from the community, we set our sights on adding a wider variety of experiences attached to the WIP.  Early guest appearance from Trislit's discord notifications.

What started off as Rizzle attempting to get these community leaders on the same podcast to provoke a fight for soundbites, quickly turned into one of the most fascinating and relevant conversations to have happened recently in the cryptoart scene and NFTland.  Everything is put on the table while we discuss multiple definitions of Trashart, The Journey of Artists, Copyright, Censorship, Decentralization, Jim's rants, What artists do/do not care about, and solving problems that artists have had for centuries with better NFTs and Smart Contracts.

An attempt to recap this week's WIP event leading into the Virtual Rare Arts Festival led to a much deeper conversation about the need for human contact and feeling connected to other people at our events.  With another extremely successful WIP meetup under our belts, we are gaining confidence to take on larger ideas.  Cross-platform WIP events? Podcast viewing/listening parties?  We got the basics down so now we keep pushing ✊
