In this episode of the Australian Property Show, Tom shares a very personal, very embarrassing reno story that his wife will never let him forget about!
As someone whose Dad was a builder, and who has personally spent close to 20 years working in property, Tom would like to consider himself someone who knows a thing or two about real estate! Or renovating homes in particular.
But in saying that, Tom’s wife has a list of all the dumb things he has done when renovating homes over the years.
It’s a long list! Partly because Tom has done a lot of dumb things, and partly because he has now renovated 6 homes.
And what Tom has found over the years is that you learn far more from the stuff ups than you do when things go smoothly. For that reason, Tom is only too happy to share his biggest renovation mistake with you on this episode!
