EP 45/22 Not losing weight in a calorie deficit? Yo-Yo Dieting Fix almost nobody talks
I recently got a very good question from woman who is 55 years old, eating 1500 calories while calorie calculators saying that should be already a big deficit. She is actually gaining weight with those calories?!?
In this episode I explain why it is happening and how you can fix it.
Solution is something you don´t hear a lot in social media simply because it is something what is not selling a lot. But that is something most people actually need to build better relationship with food, stop self sabotage with yo-yo diets.

EP 39/22 If you are in a calorie deficit but not losing weight fix
Today´s episode I talk about what to do if you are not losing weight in a calorie deficit and how to fix it. You will learn a ways to check if you are actually in a calorie deficit. Many people think they are in a calorie deficit even they might not actually be.
If you are are actually in a calorie deficit but not losing weight, you have basically 2 options. Eat less calories and / or more more to create bigger calorie deficit. Other option is to go for a short period of time in an opposite direction and start adding calories. In this episode you will learn how to do it.

EP 35/22 Changing mindset, enjoying life and losing weight in a sustainable way - CJ´s Story
In today´s episode I had opportunity to interview my friend and 1-1 Online Coaching client CJ, who gained a lot of weight during Covid.
She actually won 3 months of FREE Coaching in January and now not only lost weight but more importantly is a lot happier, stronger and have more energy.
CJ have worked so hard and just when everything was going so well, she had a car accident and she thought that she lost all progress. This time she didn´t quit. She focused on those things she could control. I could not be more proud of her hard work and working attitude.
"I´m down just over 10lbs now and the biggest difference between this and any other program is, I don't feel like I am punishing myself anymore for getting this overweight and unfit. Instead I am celebrating my health and fitness. The negative mindset around it as really faded. That's a big deal for me. I am able to enjoy my life while showing myself that I can do this. It's finally a sustainable programme that lets me get healthier without making me feel I am paying for past sins."
