Blind since the age of 5, Kirk dedicates his time and energy to assisting people managing blindness to navigate the workforce space and find employment. He brigs home the point that many people that manage blindness are overlooked for positions, regardless of their presenting qualifications. Kirk's advice to the general population, " Find community both for what you need and for what makes you happy."

As we gander at the world around us with needs at every corner, it seems a great time to talk gifts that cannot be wrapped or bought... In this episode, Mike reminds us that 'The most important things in life aren't things!' Here are a few 'gifts' that Mike extends to us in the short time we had with him: Gift 1 - "Service is everything!" Gift 2 - 'Others 1st'. Gift 3 - "Your cup is never empty when you fill others". And, we all know how important Empathy is in our world today. So, the last gift is one we want to challenge you to unwrap and keep in your pocket! Gift 4 - "LOVE FOR NO REASON!"

Justify: (1) To show or prove to be right. (2) Declare or make righteous in the sight of God: To be justified by faith. How do you define JUSTIFY? Our guest, Paul Wrightson, joining us from the Land down Under, stated that through a process of self growth, he has realized he does not have to justify anything to anyone. To Stacy, justify is to understand your own truth. If you ask Cassey, Justify can be a reason or an excuse, depending on the situation. where do you stand with JUSTIFY?

Since the tragic loss of her son in 2021, Suzanne has been devoting her time as a grief educator. Her dad is her hero because he believed, as an attorney, that legal help should be for everyone! Her statement of wisdom.. "Choose Love ! Remember that you are enough! Approach the world with love, not fear !"

In this day and age, we are encouraged to be fully AWARE of our surroundings. Are you paying attention ? But what about a deeper thought. Are you aware of the energy you leave in a room ? Are you aware of the total picture or just what you are currently focused on? As a pediatrician, our guest learned that awareness of the whole situation was critical to his practice and the wellbeing of his patients.
