My first solo episode on a topic that's very close to my heart.. my pregnancy journey. After two miscarriages, I got pregnant AGAIN this year and in this case it seems like third time's the charm. I'm 22 weeks and still figuring it out but I've been through a hell of a journey and this week I finally get to answering some of your submitted questions - from caffeine consumption, acupuncture, vaccinations, testing miscarriage tissue, hormonal imbalances and more. Sharing this has been an extremely cathartic process and a huge part of my healing, I hope for anyone going through similar that this episode brings you some comfort to know that you are not alone. Please note I am not a medical practitioner, all insight is based off my own personal experience and research (and is to be consumed with that understanding) I hope by sharing this we can normalize and create awareness around how common this is and work towards dismantling the stigma that often forces many to go through this alone.
