EP Single: Clay, Water, Memory feat. Adero, Sana & Shea
This episode is truly a delight. A multi-generational exchange between three other artists and myself. Adero Willard, Sana Musasama, and Shea Burke, three talented amazing Black artists who were featured in the NCECA exhibition Clay holds water, Water holds Memory. Adero invited me to be apart of the programming of this amazing exhibition and curate a small conversation during the conference in Cincinnati. Throughout this episode, we touch on our entries into clay, our respective challenges and what it means to seek connection withe other Black women and non-binary ceramics artists. General content warning, this is definitely a tear jerker episode.
